And, may the good Lord bless and keep YOU for posting this. This is gracious, and Meredith Wilson's famous song does very well at the hands of these famous Maritimers. Thanks!
I grew up in north central Montana. We had three tv stations, two of which were Canadian. Even at the age of 13 and up, I rarely missed this program. My favorite song that Marg and Charlie did was, "Did You Stop to Pray this Morning?". I would love to find a cd and dvd with them performing this song. Seeing this video brought back so many wonderful memories of watching this show with my parents. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this "walk down memory lane". Isn't it ironic how the very things we rejected as teenagers, become some of our fondest memories looking back.? CHEX TV Peterborough every Saturday night before Hockey Night in Canada.
Does anyone no if they sang a song with these words in it.
Come with me you will see,in a land far away
Love so true waits for you and you never will stray
No more hard times,no broken hearts.
Trying to find this song,or what the name of it is.
Can anyone help me?
