I find it refreshing to see the VA's Urara, Michie, and Chisa as themselves, in this Sakura Taisen music video, as I got accustomed to see them in their in-universe characters.

it actually says at the end November 18, 1998.
So it was a month before the Kiseki No Kane concert, and a bit more then a year after the original version was heard in Sakura Taisen 2.
