Gov Paterson got it right! If someone is stopped and frisked, then released, what need does NYPD have for that info other than to keep track of people. Why do they
need to keep track of civilians? HOW about if they keep track of their drunken, abusive & crooked cops!
Paterson finally exercised his powers. Funny how the editorial boards that were running him out of office, were suddenly begging him to VETO the bill!....LMAO!
