i think golden childs dunks look way better than t-dubs dunks.and golden child is jumping higher than t-dub.cause golden child is the highest jumper in tfb.

Thats nice, dont give up. 2 weeks of hard training is just a beggining. Can see you train plyos, cuads... but, do you train your calves? they are really important.

I think you need to practice dribbling and approaching with your own ball. No help from your friend. Develop habit of your own approach as in 4:36

marcus969x - I'm just starting to train to improve my vertical (I'm also working on ballhandling and my jumper), but anyway, some exercises to do:
Squats
Tuck jumps
One leg squats (body weight or dumbbells)
One leg tuck jumps
those will improve your vert

well.. usually do alot of workouts. doing some simple plyometrics (you can search it out on net on how to do it) and a little gym workouts.
pay attention on your goal and be consistent in practicing.
you'll get a result in a very short period of time. just like what my vid says. =)
