2nd, the incident you are refer to in 2007 is not what you are making it to be. Chinese military probably couldn't even find Senkaku. If they did they'd probably break down before they got there. Actually, the majority of Chinese like me, do not want any war with Japan. We just like to do business with Japanese. Nice editing and good visual effects indeed. However US NAVY has retired F-14 already . F-14 Tomcat will not show up in the confilict. Since Su-27, F-15 and F-18 all equip with long range radars and missiles, WWII style dogfights are unlikely. If it does happen, China will not waste resource in attacking so called Senkaku Island, China will directly attack Okinawa instead, then major cities in Japan.
