WINGS! Wings has always been my favourite Fall song ever. Didn't know others also have the same opinion. I never get tired of this song. Lyrics seem nonsensical, but they work, and that's hard to do.

And the rhythm section is brilliant as ever.

The Fall was at their prime here, although the recent Sparta FC #2 shows they (i.e. Mark) still have "it".

this song is about the time mark e smith was held in a cell and raped by one of the arresting police officers. they subsequently took his brown 'wings'. the fall are the best fucking band on the planet. I have seen them thrice.
