Slow spoken instructions , everything you need is in the video ( well obviously you gotta buy your own stuff ... ) , looks great and easy overall. I gotta give this a try too =D

Anyways, critic mode time. The transitions seem to be a bit too forced and honestly, I found there to be too many. Also, the voice quality is kind of blurred but still comprehensible, so if possible you might want to use a better audio recorder. Lastly, some parts seem kind of dead so you might want to insert a bit more life into the video, thats all
video is very informative, i like that the instructions are well presented (not magulo) and simple enogh to follow (esp. if you have no clue about baking 101) but it would have helped if you provided attention breaks, and a recap of the steps. Also, I would have liked to see you eat it! haha.

Pretty much all I have to say right now is work on the transitions. Whenever you cut into a different scene the sound from the camera goes back on, and honestly I think it sounds kind of annoying.
