Love how Emmett saw things from Bay's point of view even way before he knew her. Understood her even THEN. Really shows that he and Bay are meant to be together. Hope the show doesn't break them up!!!
@LaLaLaurenfan if you watch the SAB webisodes it shows that he really did play, that he missed out on meals to practice, and he's been playing drums since he was little. No 'glossing'
I can't really say anything because I am not deaf nor do I know anyone who's deaf, but Emmett seems a little too good at the drums. Even for hearing people, it takes a long time to learn a song and the notes, and I would imagine it's even harder for deaf people. I just think that a show that's trying to bring awareness shouldn't gloss over the struggles and difficulties that deaf people have to face. Again, I can't really say anything, just my two cents.
it is interesting that emmett noticed right away that daphne kind of took over bay's life before he got to know bay. i think emmett has stayed the same and daphne and bay changed. daphne is turning into the selfish one and bay into the caring one.
Why is it okay for daphne to date liam bays ex but when bay dates emmett its like a huge deal and if daphne is saying she broke up with liam for bay then daphne obviously didnt like liam that much
i think the argument with her was not all about feelings for his friend , but could be more about her changing hersef to fit in with this new family , and abandoning deaf culture ... also i think the encouter with girl may have emphasised this ...
The part was said to me when he touched his hear to tell her he was deaf and then she didn't even want to talk to him anymore...that was really sad!!!!
@elcia006 When Daphne is on her first date with Liam she explains that part of lip reading is becomming more familar with the way a person's mouth forms sounds/words. Emmett has spent time with Bay and become familiar with the way she speaks, whereas he only met the girl at the party that once.
@ilovejonasbros04 ya i believe he thought he had feelings for daphne but then. Realizes he really loved her like a sis and did have her best interest at heart and has real chemistry with bay and they have real feelings for each other but i have a spoiler dpahne is going 2 realize she has some feelings for emmett and hes going to turn her down for bay and he is going to tell daphne he used to have feelings but gave up when she started. Dating liam reaources are from close friend works with ABC f
