This recipe may not be traditional...but with all those veggies and by replacing the cream with skim milk and using turkey bacon instead, it's definitely healthier. This seems like a great recipe, can't wait to try it!

Shame on Scripps for taking "Emeril Live" off the air! I miss the show sooo much! "Essence of Emeril" was another favorite of mine. Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Alton Brown, and all the other celebrity chefs don't have shit on him! Emeril is the god of all chefs!
