@xXOmegaBeastXx leon was considered for the game. also, Tyrant from resident 1 was going to be the giant character of capcom, not PTX -40A, however capcom maybe put the robot instead because that if they put tyrant in the game the rating pending will change.

I agree with this completely. It's really a shame. I like many of the Capcom character themes better anyways. If they removed the Tatsunoko themes but kept the Capcom ones for certain stages, that would have been a much better compromise.
