if the video hasn't been doctored, the flashing dots could very easily the view of lightning flashes on the planet below.

it flashes 2 times between left corner arrays firsht 10 seconds and then appears in 0.40 min. above arrays and goes down slowly flashing..

Nice, but this could also be just a reflection from a solar panels, from a rotating satellite or something like that.

To bad it didn't make a turn, then you can be sure its not that.
