There are only a small hand full in the United States. The fastest high school pitcher i personally know is Lucas Giolito (la times) and he is a junior and tops out at 95, very rare out of a junior. I am a sophmore and i top out at 82, i have a strong arm, and have not filled out completely (6 0', 159), but i doubt i will throw mid 90's
