it depends what kind of cube. rubik's and v-cubes work. i dont know about eastsheen.

what i wanna see from someone is to extend all the pieces on a 7x7 so that on the surface it is a perfect cube. Theres a thread on twistypuzzles about it. And it doesnt look too hard if you have the time and experience.

so by your logic, a 7x7 is just a bandaged 9x9 because the edge stickers there are elongated as well. The elongation comes from how the pieces are pillowed.

Yeah, it turns beautifully actually, but since it's pillowed, its really hard to align the layers. And that doesn't help, especially with an eastsheen. This is not really suitable for speedcubing, and I can solve a regular 5x5x5 almost twice as fast.
