Domi is not a terrible fighter, obviously having a good chin is important when it comes to fighting, but i doubt the other enforcers in the league have less of a chin, tim domi has his signature "spin cycle" where he spins the guys around and hay-makers em and if you look at most hockey fights, only a few punches land with emphasis, so just because someone is swinging a lot doesn't mean they are injurying the opposition.

Respond to this video... I am going to weigh in here and say that Tie Domi was a value to his team as a constant presence, night after night, that would attack your players all night long. He was in everyone's face and also not a bad hockey player. Brown was easier to bypass in most circumstances but I think Dave Brown was obviously a pretty tough guy and well respected. He might break your face...but so could Domi...if he landed clean.
