The first (this)edit is comparatively rough as I did it whilst waiting for my bath water to heat up on Sunday morning, after only 2 1/2 hours kip. The new edit is much better, you'll like this. The irksome claxton is much reduced, now we can hear the blasts, plus there's a slow motion repeat at the end.

The hornblower was the official countdown launcher. She was a young girl who won the BBC Look North competition to do this. It's quite a racket, I'm going to re-edit this and cut the horn out of it.

very nice video i like the pullback shot of the towers that was nice, wer the horn blowers local people or small time celebs that they brought in.
