  • this version was not as good as the very first time they sang it on Happy Days, season 8, in the episode 'broadway its not'. they sang it WAAAY better then, and the song was longer. you guys should check it out. its on here.

  • sounds too 1980's to me....So are the clothes.

  • Laverne and Shirley this was not.

  • I remember in an episode of Joanie Loves Chachi, Chachi is writing lyrics for this song, and he sings it to Joanie ans asks for her opinion. He says "You make me shout. You make me shout. You make me shout". Then, Joanie said "I like the way you make shout rhyme with shout". LOL Also, by the time they made the show "Joanie Loved Chachi", Joanie no longer loved Chachi! LOL Scott and Erin had already broken up by then.

  • What a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE show. there are just no words to describe how awful it was. Ellen Travolta - the female version of Tem McGinley

  • You know, this makes me wonder... Was Joanie lip-syncing or was she really singing?

  • Very lucky for them that little Joanie turned out to be a fantastic singer.

  • Scott Baio said, Joanie Loves Chachi became a one joke.

  • I remember working in South Korea and the locals there used to tell me how much they loved this show because of the title. Chachi in Korean translates to penis. Joanie loves Penis.

  • I miss these days of TV.

  • Nice song I was about 15-yrs old when this came out-it reminds me when i stayed up late to watch movies like Porkies,Friday the 13th and other naughty stuff while watching cable tv.

  • They relly just abandoned the whole late 50's-early 60's timeline didn't they!

  • @Aeolis7 My favourite bad timeline scene from Happy Days was Howard Cunningham wearing a digital watch in " 1959. "

  • Erin Moran has fantastic breasts.

  • Hahahahaha. Terrible.

  • Wish there was a 24 hour 1980's channel!

  • @freshin888style me too! i'd never stop watching it.

  • Happy Days and its spinoffs were very good about reflecting the period in early seasons. They got very sloppy in later years..Look at the clothing hairstyles etc these shows were supposed to be set in late fifties, mid sixties as the seasons progressed I see extras dancing in party scenes with Nike Tennis shoes, etc Something got lost with attention to detail in the later years

  • @RedDogLunch Once Richie and Ralph left after about 1980 the show was just never close to what it was in the early years. No offense to Fonzi, but even his character just wasn't nearly as much fun to watch from the seasons 81-84. A sad ending to a GREAT show in my opinion.

  • You just gotta know,, if Ellen Travolta is in a sitcom,, it must be just teh greatest show ever.

  • He looks like Jim Sturgess

  • cha chi means dick in Korean... :(

  • I loved this show. I have a few of the episodes on vhs tape, that I taped off of Nick-At-Nite when it was on. I wish I could find the whole series on DVD. Erin is the 1st actress I had a crush on. I have never met her, bu would love to one day. Even now she is just as beautiful as she was back during JLC.

  • @ToddLovesErinM If u can find the whole show on dvd let us know i would buy it

  • This gives me the body shivers...

  • @wolfey7 Same...and not in a good way.

  • Cmon this was a good show

  • no wonder this show didnt last with the sappy theme song lol

  • @retroguy1976 ....actually, that was the best thing about the show! lol

  • lovely...thank you....
