You would hold a fundraiser, throw a party to help out Gotham's DA but in the end you find yourself alone on the balcony, staring in the distance and ultimately throwing away your champagne. Yeah. Even Bruce Wayne has to battle loneliness.

Maggie wasn't so bad in the movie ! it's just sad that Katie Holmes did not wanted to play in this one because she thought it was too dark for her. That's what i call beeing a bad actress !

I liked this movie, but I can't help but feel like, from the interviews, that Bale really doesn't know Batman. Idk, it's probably just fanboy stupid crap, but they put a lot of idea into this "Bruce doesn't want to be Batman" thing. That, to me, is just nuts. He IS Batman. There are 3 sides to Batman. There is only Batman (Who he is), which he'd never STOP, and Bruce Wayne (his public face). Bale makes it sound like he even HAS friends.

@MCGeest: She smiled wayyyyyyyyy too much, even in the most tense scenes (even in the scene before she was blown up!). Look at her scenes again and see how many times she smiles (annoyingly):

- After the trial where the guy pulled a gun on Harvey

- When they go to the opera and Bruce took them a cruise

- When they are interrogating Lau

- When Bruce is holding the fundraiser in his apartment - etc.

def more like a knight than a regular superhero.over 100 parts to the suit, so long time to suit up, just like a knight. and aside of the altruistic fighter, we also have an iconic jousting scene with the truck and batpod. The dark knight is def the right name for it.

Seriously the dark knight 2 disk dvd is NOT that great. Just warning you all, check out the not so special features. There's nothing on the joker and it just seems like warner bros. is holding something back for the "Platinum collectors edition directors cut unrated dvd".... greedy bastards

I know! There's no commentaries either. Honestly, what the hell is up with Nolan? He knew that fans would want a lot of good special features about Joker, behind the scenes stuff, maybe even some bloopers. But yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if they're going to do the "collectors edition-special features" DVD. Its always about money.

It's not bad. But it's just Nolan's least best. Batman Begins reigns as a near perfect film. The Dark Knight is just slightly under it with a couple of flaws.
