@70dustpan I'm going to be starting a car club in Forza 4 as soon as I can. If your interested in joining my club let me know. I'll be making tons of well-balanced tunes for every car in the game for every pi class they fit in. The only things I don't customize or change is a cars stock engine and drivetrain. That way there's less chance of the car losing its orginal feel and characteristics on the road.

Have you played the Forza 4 demo yet? I think silver members can play now.

@zPiemel Yeah, i got pretty good at one point but I stopped drifting a while ago. I'm more concentrated on racing and tuning, now. But I'll still add you if you want. But I don't know how much Forza 3 I'll be playing now that Forza 4 is almost here. The demo just went onto the market place hours ago.

I admit i'm not a fantastic drifter but if you're spinning because you're losing control maybe you should try removing some of the speed upgrades to make the car more controllable

Try feather your throttle more. I stopped FM3 a while back, but I was pretty beastly at drifting. I had a R34, Opel Speedster, Evo9, S15 and all were sick. Your throttle control is most important really. Sounds like you are tapping full every once in a while. But hard to tell.

@137bff Those spin outs where planned. I made them part of drift. None of them were mistakes.

Just look at 1:01, 2:38, and 3:13, there probably the best examples from this drift.

@RicerEater1978 If you go onto the Forza3 Forums there's a drifting longue and they have free tune setups. They have one of the Mustang Boss and Barracuda, don't remember the others they tuned and they might have more muscle car tunes now, the last time I was in there it was six months ago.

And that's why I drift them more than tuners because they're underated in drifting, especial the older ones.

Forza and GT are in the same genre just on different consoles.

If you have a PS3, GT5 is a fine choice, though I don't know is if its out yet or not.

@301Gabriel301 I did use other tracks, this was just the first one I did because I was completely new to drifting and the extra space made it easier for me to test my skills.

Also I don't put up vids for views or ratings. I just put them up for the heck of it.

If I had Gold or Capture card I'd have a lot more vids up by now but I don't for now.

@Bapboy96 When I just started drifting it was but its fairly easy now.

It has 689bhp which is more than 100 more than the horsepower most use for drifting but I like the extra power.

Plus, I have a Barracuda with over 1000bhp and after adpating to that much power in the back tires, the Boss feels nice and safe lol

Check out its drift on Amalfi Coast, that was three days into praticing drifting and it shows more control on my side.

This freestyle was day one.

As for the quality, i don't know... It just came out good I guess. I used windows movie maker, maybe it kept it in good quality for the vid.

one thing i did with my boss is when im drifting through a turn to have it at third gear and dont hold the gas al the way,cuz your just gonna spin out. and if you see that your car is goin too far to the side, repeatedliy tap the e-brake and gas.

make sure your car doesnt have to much horse power, 500-600 is proubly best.

@trech987 Most of my Japanese drifting cars are within that range. but my new Mustang Boss, '70challenger are a little over 700 and my crystler Barracuda is at +1,000hp.

The barracuda's power is a bit exrtreme but I've gotten use to it now and it gets some tremedous and angle and speed through corners (still a spin out here and there though, mostly when I misjudge the degree of the car's drifting angle).

After I get gold again I'm going to upload some video with that monster tearing it up.

Then, I took the movie and upload to Forza website. Next, downloaded it from that website then placed it in windows movie maker. After I finished editting, pulished it to Youtube from that app.
