were you skipping some parts that when the video was loading your selected point after you skipped the first may-not-loaded part then it stuck ?

i think it's due to that it wasn't loaded straightly to your selected part after you've skipped it then it caused the video to stuck ^_^

i've encountered that problem before .

the only solution is to delete your last loaded browser cookies & history then restart your computer may fix it ^_^
