@Peanuckz I don't know which attacks track, but I think EWHF, d+4, and possibly b+2, 1 might help.

I like to use cds+2 as a punishing move. I also like cds+1,2, and cds+4.

I don't play T6BR as much because I also play a few other games at the arcades (Gauntlet Dark Legacy and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom for examples.)

@XLiger00 Tekken 6 is on the PSP. To do well with Jin in T6, try to remember these moves (let me know if you forgot the notations): - d/b+4 - d+4 - d/f+4 - d+3,3 - f,f+2 - d/f+1,4 - EWDF - EWHF - cds+2 - cds+4 - cds+1,2 These are just some moves now.

@hanifpoyo cds = Crouching Demon Stance. The move is also known as Mental Alertness (although there are actually 3 variations of the move.)

It is done by using b+1 (back + left punch).

During this stance, you can use several unique attacks. Using 2 during the stance is a sidestep version of the Corpse Thrust. Using 1, 2 is a 2 hit punch combo. Using 4 is a low sweep. Using 3 is a high-flying kick. Use the stance as a punishing tool.

It is dependent on your rank.

For example, If you are a first, second, third, or fourth dan, then you will fight a ghost Jin if there is a Warrior, Avenger, Vindicator, or Juggernaut Jin data card used in the arcade you go to at any time.

1. Lars & Alisa is not in the ordinary Tekken 6 (except for the home console version like Tekken 6 PSP)

2. The character select in T6 is plain grey so as the background music

3. in T6, Azazel's move wherein he summons boulders from the ground in a rock. but in T6BR its like a skeleton hand or something

If neutral guard is on, you don't have to press or do anything to do a standing block. Press d if Neutral Guard is on for a crouching guard.

Regardless if neutral guard is on or off, you can also block in the standard manner. Press and hold b for a standing block. Press and hold d/b for a crouching block.

Basically the version we have in the U.S. is Bloodline Rebellion but its under the name of Tekken 6

It will be hard to block Azazel's spinning tail attack since he likes to do his moves when his opponents attack (he either crushes or autoblocks.)

But do your best in blocking what Azazel may throw at you. But watch out for Azazel's love to throw.

For sample juggles:

- ws+2, b,f,+2,1, 1, 3~3, B! d/b+2, 2, 3

- u/f+4, b+2,1, d/b+2,2,3

- u/f+4, b+2,1, b,f+2,1,f+2 (last hit delayed)

- f,n,d,d/f+1, b,f+2,1, 1, 3~3, B!, f,f, b,f+2, b+2,1 (in the arcades, I didn't need the f,f part though)

I am playing the arcade version.

If you installed the game like everyone else recommended, the load times on the PS3 version will be just as fast as the arcade.

As far as the costume goes, the Jin I used had the 2P costume customized with the clothing parts you see in the video. I got every part that I wanted. And I equipped it to both costumes for that matter.

I've been into capcom fighting games for 15 years. but this is my first tekken.

I dont understand when someone starts juggling and does mini combo one after another, you cant do anything back. rolling does nothing, so who ever gets the first hit wins everytime, unless they mess up and you counter with the same nonesense.

So i starting doing the same, its been nothing but a combo contest with any good player... so, i dont get how this is a good fighter. what technique am i missing here?

You think these long combos are damaging.

They look deceptively tough to deal with.

But if people played earlier Tekkens, shorter combos were just as damaging and devastating.

Just look at the videos of Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag of my channel and other channel and look at the nice damage of those juggles.

Tekken has always been a mix of playing offensive and defensively. Mind games are prevalent in fighting games. Tekken games are no exception.

I'd like to understand how to deal with endless hits and juggles, because it just feels like it would be just as effective to put the controller on the ground and watch it happen. Maybe its just bad character match ups, i'm not sure. I'd just like a good tekken player to explain what to do when your stuck, you cant block, roll dosn't help, you lose all priority, and have 0 wakeup advantage. there has to be something, right?

there are many ways to turn a bad situations against you. you can roll to the side and do a high or low kick. you can low parry for someone who is trying to do a low. when you're about to hit the ground, you can do an ukemi to the side . you can do a spring roll attack or a backspring kick when on the ground. when you're hit, you can still block as long as the move isnt stunning or a launcher.

A good tekken player will use all the dashes and sidestep to bait, launch, then juggle.

Yeah, it takes a while. I had trouble converting back to 3d fighting (I stopped playing tekken 5 for SFIV and BlazBlue). It is different. It's not about getting meters for supers and invincibility frames. Glad you like it though.
