  • Mate do it for me please, try Insanity. My health and endurance are very good ( or so I thought) until I did Insanity. That shit is amazing, please try it once if you have time.

  • I would do this...but I dislocated my arm in a bad handstand fall....as soon as I'm through physio....this video is getting used....

  • a book that helped me A LOT with my flexbility is " relax into stretching" by pavel tsatsouline.i would also recommend naked warrior and power to the people if anybody is interested in gaining strenght. naked warrior is all about bodyweight exerices and teaches how to become awesome at one arm push ups etc. i also features topics on how to prevent shoulder,wrists,knees injuries which is quite helpful.

    anybody has any other good books to recommend??

  • @huy20102010 It all depends what YOU want. Ripped doesn't necessarily means strength, but looks better for the girlies. I personally would rather have size and strength with muscle definition than be ripped.
