It reminds me of Battlestar Galactica, but in that they search for earth.

Homeworld was actually meant to be a Battlestar Galactica game, but when arrangements fell through, they re-worked the game as we see it today. So for those who want to see a Homeworld movie or series, the new BSG will have to sustain you guys. I too would like to see a series, this can easily last 3-4 seasons. Better than SG-U I bet.

This Game has so AWESOME cutscenes. I would have loved to see a movie remake hit the big screen.
