Aaron Rodgers straight out of college had to change how he held the ball. He held it too high up, and close to his head. It took him 4 years to get down his mechanics. Tebow takes the slowest release ever, cuts it in half in 2 months in the off season, starts the next year, (1.5 years in to his new release) and leads his team to 5-1 as a starter with only one mistake all year. Aaron Rodgers was feeding Favre Gatorade at this time in his career, forget the criticism. That's a sign of greatness

He seems like a good guy to have on your team. I would like to see Tebow used as a situational goal line QB. I think he would be better suited as a TE or some type of RB. He could be a weapon on a team that already has a good 1&2 QB so he can line up somewhere else. Tebow is not the same a Rodgers coming out of college. Where is Terrel Pryor or Eric Crouch now? College QBs are not always NFL QBs sorry.

@okdeer64 He's best fitted as a quarterback, the reason hes so effective under center is his running, but as a running back where everything is designed he may not fair as well. If he learns to not make mistakes throwing the ball and gets more consistent he will be pro bowl good.
