I suggest Veilers at two in the Main, simply because they're staples in almost every Deck this Format. Warning could go up to two, but if you're going to run that many unchainable Traps, then you should protect them with a Starlight Road.

The Extra Deck is fairly obvious - more Utopia, and possibly Roach if you can afford them.
