You know what's the boring thing about people covering MJ's Man in the mirror? They tend to do it with the acoustic guitar and it's very predictable on what they're gonna do with the song. Try hearing James Morrison and Kris Allen's versions of the song.(Kris' acoustic version) They're nearly the same.

A lot better than James Morrison's cover. There are times when I even feel like Kris sang this song better than Michael Jackson. Coincidentally, Kris became the American Idol on the year MJ died and sang "Man in the Mirror" during group 2 round where people became shocked that he got in!

I agree that they can't be compared. I get really tired of the comparisons. They are completely different in their genres of music, voices, styles, etc... They are NOT in competition with each other! Adam is an amazing talent and I truly admire him but I feel a connection with the song when I hear Kris perform. He feels it, lives it, etc... Ok, don't bad mouth me because,I love Adams talent. I just don't get the same vibe, I feel more like it's scripted then heartfelt.
