Thats a Taylor Big Baby. I have one, and reccomend it if your looking for a cheapish acoustic (round £350 at very most). They're american made and have the same spruce as all taylors more expensive guitars so have a good sound. They're also lighter as they have a curved back, thus removing the need for supporting struts; furthermore they are 15/16 size so ever so slightly smaller than normal, but its not really noticable.

im not really sure but i think at the start Mckee hits the harmonic 12th and 19th fret (with his right hand) instead of beating the strings at the back

if he dusnt still it sounds way better, all you have to do is bar tap the whole 12th or 19th fret (with a bit of practise) makes the harmonic, just watch Kotaro Oshio who basically perfected it.
