Could you please tell me which pedal do you use and when while playing this peace?I I want to soften the sound, but I think I need to use the pedal for the second part and it sounds too loud. @CarsonLovesYou14 Its a hohner, either soprano or alto. It sounds like soprano to me, but its hard to tell with out seeing the colour. I do know he has a red one in another video thou. You can find either on ebay and even some on shopgoodwill :] But I use a hohner Fire. You can pretty much play this on any melodica :D

Dave got lucky, one of his videos was featured back in the old days of YouTube where the homepage was used to promote CREATIVE and INSPIRING videos, rather than today where it's used as advertising and promoting mainstream crap more than anything. I could play all the same songs as him back then, but I didn't want to become just another "youtube cover musician." I had a bigger goal in mind to create videos that would be musically, visually, and emotionally appealing.

@yummieyummie123 It's Hohner! They're pretty much the most well known makers for melodicas, and it's what Yann uses himself. They have different versions. Ones that look more like piano keyboards (that have full range of notes) or these ones which are Alto or Soprano range. Mine (the red one) is alto, the green one is soprano. :) Hope that helps!
