  • @clarlana 30 secs per exercise meaning. 30sec push ups as much as you can do and 30sec squats as much as you can do.

  • lmfao id not b able to do any pushups with that dog in the room. i have to tell my son to not talk to me while working out. talking or worse laughing is like kryptonite to me. and i lose all strength and concentration.

  • supersets are pointless go heavy and less reps get the muscle to fail not fatigue your results will be much better and that workout is somthin a girl would laugh at.
