lmfao id not b able to do any pushups with that dog in the room. i have to tell my son to not talk to me while working out. talking or worse laughing is like kryptonite to me. and i lose all strength and concentration.
supersets are pointless go heavy and less reps get the muscle to fail not fatigue your results will be much better and that workout is somthin a girl would laugh at.

people need to understand if they want to lose weight and/or gain muscle, they must put the effort in and not expect miracles overnight.

@clarlana 30 secs per exercise meaning. 30sec push ups as much as you can do and 30sec squats as much as you can do.
