@flamesdemon19 I spent my first honeymoon in Greece, a lovely little island called Zakynthos (Zante). The people were incredibly polite, friendly and full of warmth. The women were beautiful, utterly charming and according to my wife, the men were equally attractive.
We spent a fair bit of time on the mainland and it was exactly the same. Gorgeous countryside, awesome people and it helped make our honeymoon perfect.

I've always been facinated with the life of Onassis. His life and the way he lived it was truly remarkable. I think what you might have forgotton to mention was the fact that Onassis personally brought the ecomony of the U.S. to its knees. He screwed the U.S. very good. It's a result of how the U.S. did nothing to help Greece in World War II, and a German officer spared Onassiss' life at the expense of being his sex toy. He is truly a remarkable man.

Filaredo, are you dense like Onassis or just deaf? It is not clear to anyone what did Jackie do on this Earth except for being the wife of some famous men but it is absolutely clear what Callas did. I met her once in 1993 at a book party and she could not have been nicer. Onassis and Callas both cheated on their spouses with each other and money was obviously important to them at that time too. People mellow with time and I don't think any of them were better than anyone else.

I've always been facinated with the life of Onassis. His life and the way he lived it was truly remarkable. I think what you might have forgotton to mention was the fact that Onassis personally brought the ecomony of the U.S. to its knees. He screwed the U.S. very good. It's a result of how the U.S. did nothing to help Greece in World War II, and a German officer spared Onassiss' life at the expense of being his sex toy. He is truly a remarkable man.

Wow!!! I thought I knew quite a lot about Ari and Maria but I have just realised that I didn't know enough. I really enjoyed this tribute to two of the most famous (for different reasons) Greek personalities. Many thanks.

I"m certainly not jalouse. Greece is a beautiful country with very nice people. But Maria Callas was raised up in America, so she is an American. And that means that she acts as an American, not as a Greek. Sher is a LEGEND!!! She wanted to be a greek, but she was't a greek.
Onassis was only a salesman. We shoud.nt speak about him. He is'nt worth it.
