Was this the gig where he was drunk and wouldnt stop rambling on and on,starting then stopping songs ,took a break after a 40 or 50 min ,the crowd shouting requests for ages because he sat fiddling with his guitar doing nothing.

i flew over from Belfast to see him and i was totally pissed off.when he bothered to actually sing a whole song,i remembered why i wanted see him in the first place.

Saying that ,when he played here in sep/oct later that year ,(with the Cardinals) ,it was a great gig.

try to get a copy the bootleg album "suicide handbook". it has this version (or a similar one), and many other priceless gems.
