I'm Greek, watching several movies from these two, I think Aamir Khan is more proffessional, has more depth and maturity in his roles. SRK Khan is somewhat recurrent in his performances. Probably Aamir has a more European aura as an actor and maybe that's closer to my taste. I consider him somewhat underrated too.. I think that Aamir Khan and Kajol are the two diamonds of India!
It's OK, it's obviously a matter of taste. Although I find Aamir more romantic, it's good to have these stars in India! The evolution in Bollywood movies is positive the last ten years.

Personally, I think that Aamir is a better actor than SRK. SRK is in every way an accomplished actor. Having said that, his films mostly follow the same genre: romance. On the other hand, Aamir's films follow many different genres. It's hard to make Bollywood movies that do not follow the same mainstream theme. Aamir does precisely that and succeeds. It makes sense to realize that it is a lot harder to act in different genres than just one.

Aamir Khan is the best. Shahrukh just took on every single film but Aamir is smarter - and is more selective. He chooses meaningful films. So though Shahrukh may be in your face all the time, Aamir is the more talented actor. He can play any role and so deeply. When he cries on screen, he makes people want to cry too. Shahrukh's really only good at playing intense characters like he did in Darr and Baazigar etc.

No, and this is because Aamir is versatile. He can do anything and he acts so deep and it feels so real.

I'm Greek, watching several movies from these two, I think Aamir Khan is more proffessional, has more depth and maturity in his roles. SRK Khan is somewhat recurrent in his performances. Probably Aamir has a more European aura as an actor and maybe that's closer to my taste. I consider him somewhat underrated too.. I think that Aamir Khan and Kajol are the two diamonds of India!

Personally, I think that Aamir is a better actor than SRK. SRK is in every way an accomplished actor. Having said that, his films mostly follow the same genre: romance. On the other hand, Aamir's films follow many different genres. It's hard to make Bollywood movies that do not follow the same mainstream theme. Aamir does precisely that and succeeds. It makes sense to realize that it is a lot harder to act in different genres than just one.

Aamir Khan is the best. Shahrukh just took on every single film but Aamir is smarter - and is more selective. He chooses meaningful films. So though Shahrukh may be in your face all the time, Aamir is the more talented actor. He can play any role and so deeply. When he cries on screen, he makes people want to cry too. Shahrukh's really only good at playing intense characters like he did in Darr and Baazigar etc.

Could SRK have played the villager in lagaan, the teenage boy in 3 idiots, the lead in mangal pandey, the role of the single father who is having his son taken away from him in Akele Hum Akele Tum? No, and this is because Aamir is versatile. He can do anything and he acts so deep and it feels so real.

have ya Ever seen Qayamat se qayamat tak, Dil, Dil ha ki maanta nahin, Jo Jeeta wahi sikander, Hum hain rahi pyar ke, Andaz apna apna, Rangeela, Raja Hindustani ()this one is little above average not a great one but still way above SRKs movies, Ghulam, Sarfarosh, RDB, Fanna, Dhobi Ghaat (intense acting by aamir, but movie was above the head for many of indians)...and please check that all the roles and portrayal are diffrent unlike SRK who has one genre of acting...
