I purchased one and after only 5 minutes was BORED TO TEARS.
Seriously, this device flies so slow and is so lacking in performance that at best it's worth $10-15 (not the $50 I paid). Save you money for something a bit more performant and interesting (like a Walker 4#3B RC helicopter). If you purchase this device you'll regret it, guaranteed.
why dont they glitch it up so it will recharge from both remote control for outdoors and power plug so itll charge faster.. its so simple.. why havent any of these people thought of this?
mmm actually its not that simple... It is not a lack of power from the transmitter that limits the charge rate. The designers have set the 20min charge time on purpose. Still, it is quite a short charge time for a battery.
The Bladestar looks kinda cool but I would hesitate in calling it "crash Proof". To call this thing crash proof is like calling the sky fake, it's just not true. I have been flying RC heli's since they were powered by 9V batteries, and I have yet to see something that flies be totally crash proof.
Interesting design, but not factually advertised. I will get one for myself and do a review on it for Youtube.
Stick razor blades on the tips, and you have one crazy ninja star

definitely not a 20 min charge, it's more like 10. But the first flight is always the best and after that it goes like two feet and stalls.
