another great band of the 70's,as a singer in a classic rock band, 437boxed (deuce), this is one of CCR's best songs! and if you truly love this song,,, it could bring a tear to your eye,,,,,we need more bands like this nowadays,,,record producers need to recognize the fact that old music will never die!,, instead, today we've got hard rock/metal (it sucks) cRAP (it sucks) & soul/R&B which at one time was the best,,, can be thrown in the scrapheap along with rock and cRap
