You dont understand a thing of what you see. The stabilizer bends up in flight, because it is applying lift and does not have good support (all aircraft do this). When it hits the building, it hits the horizontal beam of the floor support. The sloped leading edge of the stabilizer causes the stabilizer to bend downward, as it should. The original plane model is build using the designer specs, it bends upward because of the physics simulation, which is why it seems to bounce a bit.
