Perhaps if you actually took the time to listen to a Swashbuckle Album; you'd find that almost half of their tracks are entirely acoustic; and therefore much more close to what actual pirates may have actually played. Look up "Carnivale Boat Ride", "La Layenda", or, more recently "Slowly Wept the Sea". I'm a fan of both bands; but to say that Alestorm "does it better" is not only untrue, but shows complete ignorance of taste. They merely do it differently.
