"Palestine is a conventional name used to describe a geographic region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River". As for your comment in regards to American aid, Israel NEVER received any sort of aid from the United States pre-1948. Israel started receiving aid in the early 1950's and that was only for food and domestic purposes. American military aid would come much later.
