This is a wonderful performance of The Portrait. It is highly anointed and so true. May God use your voice all over this nation. Thanks for being obedient to God's voice and using your gift for the Kingdom of God.
music is soooo messed up these days man bwoii .. i jus watch a G Craig Lewis documentary an this same guy was chattin some different stuff that is soo different to how he comes across! Not pointing fingers at just him but theres others artist now that are being exposed its jus makes you think hmm " i cant like anything these days" its more about just getting into the WORD more more more! God bless family
So true...watch Cracking the Da Vinchi code-Mark Stibbe , Even athesistsand theologens can prove that the Da vinchi code is 80% full of errors and untrue opinions
Yeah, it was out on the corner of 17th and Diamond in the middle of North Philly in front of Epiphany Fellowship. You can see the corner store across the street in the back ground (they have cheap, but excellent sandwiches by the way).
Truth thank you for your music. It helps me stay foucus and meditate on kepping Christ first. It's good to know that God's message can come to us in many forms.
That's if you've been filled with the Holy Ghost! And believe me, I want souls to enter in, I desire for no one, not even my enemies, to go to Hell! My greatest desire is to win souls for Christ, so my prayer is for any avenue I can use to win souls be brought to my aid! So, listen to the music. Will God condemn you for listening to positive things, No! Is the Kingdom profiting from this, I don't think so. Not Salvation wise
I know you do, xcn7. I never intended to imply that I disagreed with you concerning the presence of vanity, or performance, in Christian Hip-Hop, or in other genres of Christian music, for that matter. Even we, in our church, have to be careful to not let ourselves get caught up in performing, and leave out the Holy Spirit. Anytime it becomes about us, and not about God, the Holy Spirit cannot flow. That shuts down the anointing, and can/will seriously affect how the service goes.
Now that I know that we're on the same page, I feel that I can explain this to you more fully. What I was trying to say was that God uses these things to get His toe in the door of people's hearts. He also uses it to help people meditate upon the Word of God, if the lyrics happen to contain references to such.
Think about it;would you rather listen to secular music, allowing your spirit to get polluted by the things of this world(thereby being transformed into the image of it), or would you rather listen to something that focuses your attention upon the Word of God, which has the power to change your circumstances to line up with what God said? I frequently find that, if I find myself with something ungodly stuck in my head, one of the best remedies is to replace it with a Godly song.
The catchier the tune, the more powerful the beat, and the more reference to scripture, the better. ;-) I love many forms of music; however, the type that I find myself leaning toward more and more are such as those written by Lenny LeBlanc and Jami Smith. If you love pure worship, check them out. My favorite by Lenny is on his newest cd, & is called "Holy," which brings the power of God into the sanctuary (enough to knock you down). My favorite by Jami is "Jesus, Be The Center."
Just a story between God's kids:We once had a visiting minister speaking in our church (Rev. Billy Miller). He told everyone to come up to the front for healing at the beginning of the service at the direction of the Holy Spirit.I went up for the healing of my broken heart. When he came to me, and a lady named Lisa, he just gestured at us, and blew through his mouth, and we went down. The Joy of the Lord bubbled up in us so strongly,we were laid out in the spirit, laughing, the whole service.
The poor guy could hardly get a word in edgewise. However, God's will was done. It was great. I heard later that it was a good sermon. Fortunately, he had a good sense of humor. :-p
Praise God! Isn't God Great? And the best part is, I've still got it. I can draw upon that joy, and peace, at will. Glory to God!!!
But I wont continue with many vain words. This world is in transformation to be set up for deception, only God can open the eyes of the Blind! This type of music is full of emotion, I don't believe it's Spiritual at all. I haven't fell into Worship yet, when the Spirit of God is in something no matter how you feel you can't help but be consumed and catalpulted into Worship
The Spirit of God won't work if you don't want it to, you are a free agent that is to say don't sit there and say well i don't feel it let me tell you just your running across a song like this is a call from God! I mean do you want to speak in tongues before you know God spoke to you? Don't be like like who have ears but can't listen or eyes but can't see...be blessed
Something posted on other videos: I'm 22 years old and I use to be a product of Hip Hop, so don't approach me like I don't know. What I do know is what I've experienced in my life.I've listened to many Artist promoting Holy Hip Hop, and DA Truth is truly one of the most genuine I've encountered. In "my" eyes it still stands that nothing Spiritually is being accomplished. I haven't been compelled to follow Christ yet, since I've been listening. I'm not turning a blind ear, I actually open myself.
watch?v=wMFJ3R0ov5Y, highlight that and paste it in the search, view this link and my point is seen that anyone can speak scripture and positive things but that doesn't mean they're correct in the lives and views. Tell me this individual is and I know you're blind
You're not listening to what I'm saying. You are forgetting the fact that it says, in Philippians 2:12 "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed , not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." That means to be brave and at least try, as long as we don't give up.
That means, when we have made a commitment to follow Jesus, and tell the world about Him, we've gotta start somewhere. We don't have to be perfect. Some things a person does might not be as anointed as other things he/she does; but what matters is that they put themselves out there and try.
I greatly admire those that put themselves out there on the line for Jesus. That takes a lot of faith & strength. And I'm sorry; but nothing Da Truth has said, nor anything in that video by Cassidy does not point directly to Jesus. Their music is full of faith statements about God, and His Word. Nowhere do they promote another religion, not even by pointing to something that sounds enough like the truth, but isn't, to deceive.
I repeat my prior assertion that, when people speak a different language, whether via spoken language, dialect, slang, music, body language, sign language, affectation, or other mode of communication, God reaches down, and raises up people who speak their language in order to reach them. He is not willing that even one should perish.
Just because you do not speak their particular cultural language does not mean that God is not using them to reach thousands of people for Jesus. The Word says that you will know His children by their fruit. You may not feel the anointing because of your inability to connect with their culture. That's understandable. But please do not tear down those who are fighting the good fight for Christ because of your inability to see the good they are doing.
Matthew 7:17,18,20 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Gospel For Asia was founded by a man who was raised as a Hindu in, like India or somewhere around there. He got saved and God called him to found Gospel for Asia, which sends local missionaries throughout India and the surrounding areas to preach the Gospel. They have to be natives, because the people there will not listen to foreigners.
In the movie, "End of the Spear," God used Christian missionaries to reach tribal savages in the jungles somewhere in, I think, South America. These people were bloodthirsty and vicious, constantly warring with other tribes. Because of the way God set it up, someone was able to translate the Bible into Pidgeon (a simple form of English), so the natives could understand the Gospel.
(Please forgive the examples, people; I'm just trying to illustrate a point to this guy)In order to witness effectively, one has to not only speak the Word of God, but (to get past their emotional defenses)one also must use the appropriate language, both spoken and unspoken. In other words, you have to use the right body language. If you go up to someone from, say, "the 'hood," and start acting all white, you're likely to get yourself shot before you can say two words for Jesus.
(Once again, please forgive me; not all people are the same. But my point still stands). In "The End of The Spear," The initial foray into the jungle got everyone speared to death because the white guys didn't speak their language. It was up to the guy's son to continue on with his work, with the aid of an outcast native tribal girl who spoke the language.
...and now I'm rambling, because it's 1:00 am, and I'm not feeling well. However, once again, please keep your eyes open, so that spirit of judgementalism won't cloud your vision. These men are doing what they know to do, to bring glory to God. You are doing what you know to do, to bring glory to God.
However, just because you're each going about it differently does not mean one of you is on the wrong path, or not of God, while the other is 100% right. Judge not, lest ye be judged. Work out your faith in fear and trembling. My Pastor says, use the Word as your guide. If it lines up with the Word, it's of God. If it doesn't, it's not.
...but don't get caught up in the letter of the Law. For the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life. You have to read the Book with the Holy Spirit as your guide. And yes, you can have that type of relationship with Him where He talks to you and tells you things. Other times, you'll just get this awesome revelation that clears it all up; then go to church, and your Pastor's preaching about the same thing. It's the same Holy Ghost.
Just remember, in 2Cor.5:7, it says, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Anytime the devil throws something up as a smokescreen to blind you, don't operate by what you see going on around you. Go by what you know about what God says; for God is not a man that He should lie.
Alright ma'am I see your view, lets just agree to disagree :) When person believes the Lord has revealed something to them, they're, no matter what, going to stick with what they believe. The Lord has revealed many things to me about the time we're in; this is one thing. I honor you for standing for what you believe, keep that up!! :)
I state once again, and no one has responded to this statement. God doesn't want emotional submitting manipulated by music, He wants a conscious decision influenced by Faith and conviction! That's why the Bible doesn't put major instances on the Gospel delivered through music!!
Refering back to my previous comment; I wasn't talking about Da Truth I was speaking of Cassidy. If you honestly view these clips and you believe God is being glorified on a Spiritual level than that tells me of your Spirital awareness. There's no annointing, there's no Spirit, it's sounds good and it's good to the emotional body. So is rap and R/B. What's different here? The Words?
If this race was all about being positive, than so be it, this individual stands corrected. Sorry, the core of the Gospel is for the Kindgom of Heavan to be expanded and that's done through Holy conversation. Music is a wonderful avenue for praise and Worship, but faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God!
of Christ. God made us in His Image and Likeness. Image plays a key role in the Gospel. That's why I posted that one comment, which I will post again, because this individual poetically speaks about Christ likes he's one of His!
watch?v=wMFJ3R0ov5Y, highlight that and paste it in the search, view this link and my point is seen that anyone can speak scripture and positive things but that doens't mean they're correct in the lives and views. Tell me this individual is and I know you're blind.
Now Honestly do you feel compelled to receive salvation listening to this. No, you want to dance, it's very entertaining! If we want to be biblical and technical no where does it speak of entertaining the masses. How is God being glorified through entertainment... Now am I saying it doens't sound good...No! It sounds good but is it edifying?
i would presume you don't listen to the music with the ears of someone who listens to real hip-hop. they listen to the song's lyrics, the beats are secondary.
i could listen to this in acapella and still feel the spirit
But I digress, if you don't have the Holy Ghost speaking in Tongues as the Spirit of God giveth utterance. Than it would be wise to seek to receive, in receiving revalation of these matters will be seen clearly. God Bless
Pride, which is seen amongst this gentleman is one of the thing the Lord hates. And I can care less for a degree, degree's are good but they're meaningless when God is in the picture. I've been to bible school myself and I'm still pursing a degree this day so don't be mistaken.
People everywhere constantly mistake the power of the Word itself. Meaning anyone can speak the Bible and get a point across because the Word is a power in itself. If I quote a scripture or present valid points that doesn't mean I'm leading you in the right direction.
I agree that you have to be led by the Spirit. Our church is a Holy Ghost-led church, also, and many of us,including me,have been baptized in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. However,I also am a music minister;singing in the church band, and God has spoken directly to and through our Pastor, giving us a specific assignment to write and use Holy Ghost-led songs(Hip-Hop, worship, and Contemporary)in order to reach our younger generation.
Do you remember how,in Mark 6,1-6,Jesus went to His own country, and began to teach in the synagogue, and although He had the Holy Spirit, the people ridiculed Him, because they only knew Him as the son of Joseph? Because they would not listen to Him, he could "there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. And he marvelled because of their unbelief."
If people won't even listen to the gospel because of the package it's presented in, they're still going to go to hell. I agree that the Holy Ghost combined with the Word of God, spoken in faith, can and will move mountains(we also do much spiritual warfare), but if the people are too busy ridiculing the speaker(singer),the Holy Ghost will not force Himself upon them. He prefers to woo them, one heart at a time.
There are other times when He will specifically tell a servant of God to speak to someone, or a group of people, and say certain things. And, as the servant obeys, in love and humility, those words will be backed by the power of the Holy Ghost. However, something has to have happened in order to prepare the listener to receive that Raima, or spoken Word of God.
Hip-Hop, as well as other forms of Contemporary Christian music, is a tool God uses to get the attention of people who are still caught up in the world. As they get drawn in by the sound of the type of music that they already are predisposed to listen to, they then begin to hear a message that is far more positive than those that they had been subjecting themselves to before; possibly even a message that they had never heard before.
Many of these people whom God might use Hip-Hop, etc. to reach have already been to church; but, thanks to someone whose approach to reaching them was misguided...say, for example, they judged them, tried to force the Gospel down their throat, etc, they ended up with a foul taste in their mouth for people of that type, or "Holy Rollers," as they might call them.
This is God's way of wooing them back...saying, "Listen...Come back. I love you. Not all Christians are that way...those whose minds are renewed to My Word will love you and seek every opportunity they can to bless you, as My representatives here on Earth."
...and this will inevitably draw them back in to the kingdom of God. And if they choose to prefer it over, say, Bluegrass, that's their prerogative.
God loves all forms of worship, as long as they are offered with a pure heart, as a sacrifice of praise and love from His children to their Father. Even from those who don't sing very well.
...(by this I am speaking from personal experience of comments I have heard spoken by people whose talents do not include singing. I was not aiming that particular comment at 'Da TRUTH, or anyone else.) Also, brother (sister?), please understand that I am saying these things in love and peace as your sister in the Lord. I have no quarrel with you.
Many of us, who were raised in a younger generation, do not connect with "older," music. To us, it just sounds religious. That's not to say that God doesn't anoint older songs. But those songs tend to reach those from an older generation, or those with a predisposition for that type of music.
I personally like many different types of music, as God has blessed me with the ability to sing a multitude of types. As long as they glorify God, and the Holy Spirit anoints them, that's what I'm gonna sing. I don't fit into some prefabricated box that others have dubbed "music minister." Which is great. God loves variety.
Please pray, if this hasn't helped, that the Holy Ghost show you what God's heart is on the matter. Because, no matter how much you love God, and desire to stand up for what is true; no matter how many verses you can quote, if you are not led by the Spirit of God in these matters, you can and will still be deceived.
1 Peter 5:8;Be sober, be vigilant;because your adversary the devil,as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Ephesians 6:12;For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Eph. 6:13;"Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all,to stand." Check out Eph. 6:14-18 concerning putting on the full armor of God.
God bless you as you grow in the Lord, becoming truly "strong in the Lord, and in the power of His Might." May He make you a truly wise servant of the Lord indeed. I praise God that we, as have all of the Body of Christ, have been called to the Kingdom for such a time as this.
I love the way you write :) I'm not demeaning the positivity of the message brought forth. I do come against the image representing, supposedly, a holy appearance. Believe it or not Image is everything, look at John the Baptist. We are in transformation to the Image
The bible says there's going to be a deception in the land so strong that if it were possible even the chosen would be deceived. I understand these "Christian Rappers" point of view but God doesn't conform to the world, the world conforms and is transformed to God. The Word speaks of not using the world because the fashion of this world passeth away! Watch out it sounds good but the devil knows he can't come to the church with all lies he must speak the truth intermingled with lies.
Even Jesus used parables so that we, who did not understand Him, could. He got down on our level so that we could know the message He had to share. And the Sanhedrin hated Him, calling Him a false prophet, because He didn't follow their ways. Don't let your religious blinders keep you from seeing 'Da T.R.U.T.H.
Not only that, but if you were to read Da TRUTH's bio (on his website) you would know that this man does NOT conform to the world. He went to Philadelphia Biblical University and The Institute of Jewish Studies to get his degree so he would know what he was writing about. This is a man who lives an upright life before God.
Well I'm not the one to argue over opinionated views, every man is right in his own eyes and a unknown personality isn't going to have that much of an affect. I know for sure every Holy Ghost filled individual will agree that this is the venue to where the devil is trying to creep into the church.
In the end all will be revealed, GOD BLESS. well I must end with this, God is in control if He wanted the Gospel sent through music I'm absolutely sure it would've been expounded on in the Word. But the word simply says teach and admonish one another in ..songs.. God knows music teaches and warns, but it enters your mind and thoughts without consent therefore causing one to adhere to it unconsciously. Your decision to serve God must be conscious, not lead by an emotional high but Spiritual
I love this song.. it really ministers to me.. I had to ask myself in which Christ do u believe? All we want God to do is bless but we dont want live for him.. Its for Christ I live and Christ I die.. his songs (from the faith album) helped me come to that conclusion...! he's a great example of a believer
I'm trying to let them know allot of what their listening to is a self-formulated religion that people twisted and skewed to fit them instead of shaping up to fit the religion better yet lifestyle. I understand exactly what you're saying about Abraham marrying his own... God wants us to do that now, but how does that pertain to Jezebel being a whore and Da-Truth using old clichés instead of using real scripture???
hmm??? yes...and? No disrespect what so ever... but I'm really not able to piece your comment together. It is a bit confusing as to what you are saying. She had connotations, does that mean their true? The reason why I am commenting is to make Christians especially blacks is to do their own research.
Finally someone who knows the TRUE spirit of and Yes da truth or should I say, "da Lost", has been deceived into believing that he dose GOD's work, but he is a blind guide. Carnal in nature, and refuse to listen to sound instruction.
Christ Up Fam!!! Yo I gotta preformance don by a new crew called M-BRACE from All For One Ministries, they have some mad Scriptural Heat coming from there hearts fo real! Check them out and comment on the vidz!!
type in the search box: M-BRACE Preforms "What They Think"
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Da Truth a joke, he said alot that was good. But he isn't THE TRUTH...Ask him to rap about his coming judgment. How Christ looked when he walked this Earth how is he gonna look when he return.
I hope he isn't performing at a megafest when the Christ of Revelations, Isaiah returns.
For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
Isaiah 34 1Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.
2For the indignation of the LORD is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
The bible is Gods word, the final authority and da truth just confirms this. I pray you experience the peace and love of Jesus so graciously God the son so i ask who do you say Jesus is?You better know b4 you leave.
"if its not in the Word, then its from the world."
Have we forgot over hundreds of years the bible has been added too taken from re-translated over and over again. I started this conversation to see what many Christians think on the matter. I used to like Da Truth however
many of his lyrics are abit iffy. Like the song with Tye Tribbit Who AM I "Or am I like Jezbel sexual in ALL my ways"
Its quite obvoius you doubt the message and authority of the bible as such there is no basis for reasoning for we live by faith as christians. Your idea about "dept of our faith" is questioning the personal life of Jesus and trying to convince men to follow your views. Jesus the christ is way beyond church denominations, jezebel, any theologist(what does he really know?!)...
Please show me where in the bible does it sa anything about Jezebel seducing or having sexual acts in the bible. You can't it only states she wore make up, and who doesn't. The spirit of Jezebel most times has nothing to do with sex.
As I continue Who can truly say if Jesus was married or not However my argument has alot more evidence than yours.
Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow[a] that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.
Don't get me wrong many pagans did fornicate. However my point is still proven no where in the Bible does it say Jezebel the wife of Ahab and the Princess of Baal was a whore.
I am certainly not a fan of Jezebel but as us Christians say the Word is the Word.
p.s of course the bible will try to make many of the females in the bible seem like whore on account the Catholic church re-wrote the bible.
He wasn't talking to Ahab. Nor was he talking about the person Jezebel but talking about the Pagan's belief. In which she was (Pagan). And how the church becomes like a prostitue
and will accept other things besides the true God for money.
Interesting Comeback... however the 1st Kings scripture is referring to the worshiping of other gods.
Rev. 2:20 see you really have to read Ezekiel and Isaiah because they prophesize about Revelations and they inform us that the book of Revelation is mostly
symbolic for several meanings. Like the scripture you
quoted. In that scripture the Lord is saying to the Corrupt church of Thyatira.
Man you should consider doing some more studying. His name "Da Truth" is implying his belief. His form of saying I am a christian. When we put on Christ we put on everything He Represents, including truth. So what do you call yourself?
i understand these are really beautiful lyrics. i personally love da' truth and i have all his cds. by the way have u heard of da' truth's new cd Open Book. "the age aint nothin but a number", song is really good. i was blessed by it
i think dat if people take the moment to actually stop and throughly listen to the lyrics of this rap that lives can be changed...God can speak to His people through music and even rap.... God is using Da Truth to tell others through his ministry about THE TRUTH OF WHO GOD REALLY IS!!!! may God bless Da Truth through his ministry and in everything he does..
I see your point. But booty shakin is not ALL of what Hip-Hop in its origins was defined by. The Sugar Hill Gang talked about alot of things in that song. From parties, to sports, rap skills, and things poeple do in their everyday lives. Hip-Hops means "This is how I live" not "booty shaking". If a person "lives" righteously and raps about it over a beat that IS Holy Hip-Hop.
In addition, Matthew 7:16-20 tells us that a false prophet will be known by their FRUITS. Jesus instructs us in John 7:24 "judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgement". His point is skillfully illustraited in Matthew 7:21-23. This is why God looks at the heart (Proverbs 21:2). Last but not least you (and myself also) should always be mindful of Matthew 7:3-5, and Luke 6:41-42. God bless us all!
For those who don't agree with Holy Hip Hop because of Hip Hop's "worldy" origins, grab a Bible. Let us reason together... Consider 1st John 2:15-16. What exactly makes a person or thing worldly? Verse 16 tells us exactly ALL of what "the world" is. The "world" is defined as/by lusts and pride nothing more, nothing less... for this is "ALL that is in the world". Show me where these artists' lyrics (when they are about the gospel) are lustful or prideful.
This is the Sugar Hill Gang "i said a hip hop the hippie the hippie to the hip hip hop, a you don't stop the rock it to the bang bang boogie say up jumped the boogie" this is the song hip hop by of course the sugar Hill Gang. these songs came around the 1980s basically when kool herc, the dj that sparked the whole hip and brake dancing thing. in the song hip hop the sugar hill gang was describing how the women were shaking their hips and their booties to the song.
this is how "Hip-Hop" got its name if hip hip means booty shaking then what holy hip mean? dont get me wrong i love this song and i love da truth, but i dont like to refer these songs as holy hip hop.
Well I call it gospel rap. But, still holy hip hop is cool with me. I have never heard that hip hop means booty shaking. Where did you hear that from?
Lol I'm tickled naw I never heard it meaning that either. However I have read while doing research hip hop is its on culture invented to be like its on personal religion. Not for sure though but booty shaking is def. not it. Because the guys who started hip hop wasn't about songs with booty they was about spittin real things they felt
You are trying to lead people to the light, using trades and tools of darkness. You are blind, and cannot see that you are yourself deceived and being used by the devil. You are no truth, there is only one truth. That is God.
WHAT! He is speaking the truth. What is rap, but words with a beat. Are you saying it is wring for Da. T.R.U.T.H. to speak the truth with a beat in the backround. Listen to the lyrics.
I wonder how some people can hear the lyrics of this song and percieve the heart of this man and still conclude that he is not of God. Brother, more grace to you; and may He use your ministry to lead many to Himself.
He is asking rhetorical questions that he answers in the song. "Was Christ really buried? was there a chance that He really married mary and fled over to France?..... no he never married never had any wives what can i say yes he is God from the wound to the tomb to the throne nobody in rome can hold on to His bones...
? Mary M. Matter of Fact Mary M. Lived with Jesus's mother.
As I digress...I'll leave with this If Jesus was married wouldn't that make us feel a little closer to him? On account he truly understood EVERY aspect of our lives! The hardships married couples have.
Whether he was married or not It would only increase my love for him! So was Christ Really Married...? (coughs..YES)
think about it this way,if christ loves the church and the people of the church and the book of revelation depicts the church as a bride adorned for her husband(christ) he is in fact married, not to a human being but to the church and if you look throughout history the church and the people of the church have always strayed from the gospel of jesus christ, even slightly. so Christ does understand what it means to be married.
were married Jesus must of had something in common with them (Marriage). Think about the Anti-Christ HE WILL HAVE NO DESIRE FOR A WOMAN? So...it seems that the opposite of the Anti-Christ (Jesus) would have a love of a woman. Think about it? Who was the first person the angel came to? Mary M. Who was at the Cross with his mother?
hi i was just reading this comment and based upon bible prophesies, the woman which the bible speaks of actually represents "the church" christ loves the church... the anti-christ will have no desire for the church... and by church.. the bible means the true church...
hii really dont know if you still have this perception but "What dept of our faith"...are u talking about? Do realize you are attempting to add to God's word and there are consequences.Rev 22 18-19.
What you are trying to conclude is that God came to earth and got married.Hmn...that is serious.Gods word is complete, whole, living and powerful.Pls dont assume.
"One thing I would like to address is this song was inspired by the Da'Vinci code did anybody really read the book?
The real underline story was that the CATHOLIC CHURCH WERE HAVING MASSIVE ORGIES IN THE CHURCH (mainly men).
I'm saying please do you're research don't quote what you're pastor says. Dan Brown has studied Theology way longer than Da'Truth our many of our pastors.
Yes...why is this in reply to me? I know what the song is pertaining to. However I think we should REALLY go into dept about our faith! Jesus life was never documented (or showed in the bible) from the ages 9-29. It was common (almost law) to be married between those years. Look at his disciples most of them
(continuing above comment) It was God himself who instituted marriage as an example of what he must face with the church everything is symbolic. Of God and Mankind. read the book of hosea when God sends the prophet to marry a prostitute because he wanted to show how the isrealites have strayed from him through idolatry. idolatry to God is as adultery is to a married couple...that is why God forbids it..
I give it to you...its well thought out. I heard the sermon of Hosea and Gomer many times....However The Anti-Christ has ALL Disire of the TRUE Church :)... So please re-post I wanna hear more of your side
These guys probably read da bible every night anyway,,,, Also read Romans 14:10 and 14:14...... Do what is right in your own conscience,,, and of course avoid all forms of uncleanness outlined in the Bible.... but by faith you establish the law...... PEACE.....
But things such as Pimping, robbing,, killing,, etc,,, is not hip hop at its core,, they are things which are encouraged in SECULAR rap. Attatchments put on by men. Another thing,, God knows these christians rapper's hearts... They do not rap anything phony,,they believe they are living wholeheartedly unto God,,, Romans 14:3.....
This goes for Prime Time 7... Hip Hop can be whatever people want it to be,,,, it only becomes sinful when the culture itself is sinful at it's core,,,, so then we need to analyse hip hop at its core,,,, the four core elements of hip hop,, are,, breakdancing, rap, Turntablism, and graffitti,,, I dont know see how God condemns these things.
You want the TRUTH, follow the BIBLE. Do that and you are fine. Follow this misguided soul, and you are on your way to HELL to be burnt. The bible, GOD,JESUS,and the Disciples are you PUREST forms of SOUND Doctrine you will ever receive or need. He is preaching another Jesus. Jesus warned you of this, they mix truth with lies. Which is what Satan dose.
Da Truth is one of the illest Holy Hip Hoppers out there and this song is fire. Still, I see people talking about hip hop isn't holy or what not. See that on 3ABN a lot. But, God is still using it to reach this generation for Christ. See. God knows to reach a certain demographic, you gotta change things up and Holy Hip Hop is the evidence of that. So, praise God for reaching out to them. Yes sir!
Hiphop=started in New York in 1970's by Blacks N Latinos,Break dancing, graffiti (painting on walls, and trains, often without permission of owners of either, also called tagging to determine turf. Still used by Gangs which do drive byes, sometimes, killing innocent children.
Putting Holy in the front of the words hip hop dose not make it holy. It just means you added a word to front of hip hop. Holy means something entirely different; it means pure devotion to God and hip hop origin is not one of pure devotion to God but pure devotion itself, the culture and those in it, and that means, that hip hop is nothing more than Idolatry which God Hates. Do not worship false Gods is orders.
2 be quite honest i ave no time 4 people who impose their veiws on others and Limit da power of God and refuse 2 allow Gods power to wrk thru da vessel He ordained. U still fail 2 understand dat Hip hop is not a culture but a style of music.
the Devil was once Gods highly favoured worship leader in heaven? so basically u r sayin we sudnt use music at all becuz da devil used it?Didnt u know dat da hymns and songs r peoms, and rap is a poem? rap is da modern terminology 4 christian hymns thus christian rap or hip hop. stop generalising and being judgemental u r not God.
all styles of music are both used by God and Satan, let me repeat all styles, what better way to use one of the most popular types of music to spread the gospel , ofcourse satan has used it, but so is God, God is not a favorer of men
Putting Holy in the front of the words hip hop dose not make it holy. It just means you added a word to front of hip hop. Holy means something entirely different; it means pure devotion to God and hip hop origin is not one of pure devotion to God but pure devotion itself, the culture and those in it, and Saints means, hip hop is nothing more than Idolatry.
Holy HIP HOP,please. Jesus was not hip, he was crucified for not being hip, for not doing the things that WORLD was doing. Jesus was not hop, he did not go around, pimping and hoping around like he was cool or something.Jesus was humble, and rap is the most pretentious, self gratifying, caustic, trite music form there is.
their two seprate things, yur talking about worldly rap which is of the devil, which is self exalting and immoral, this is christian hip hop which is god exalting and scriptually inline
Ephesians's 5:19 States" Speak to one another with psalms hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the lord. But Hip hop is neither a psalms or a hymn but is it spiritual? Yes, very! Some of the foulest language of death and destruction comes out of hip hop.
Do you think in your foolish heart you are more enlightened than Christ? Do you think if he needed hip hop to do something he himself would have used it? Christ did not cast out demons on the power of Holy hip hop! Christ spoke nothing of inventing new ways to reach the broad stream. Be ye separate and DO NOT CONFORM TO the WORLD! He said, He, Jesus Christ NOT holy hip hop) is the WAY.
I pray dat God will contintue 2 bless DA truth becuz thru him He has blessed me and many otha youts. Praisin God has many forms all of which have a common denominator,to Glorify God.Psalm 66 clearly states, "Priase our God, O peoples, let the sound of His praise be heard.".
Hiphop is just a genre of music, based not on sung words but on spoken poems set 2 music.r u sayin dat God is unable to take and make nething holy includin hiphop?Has God not made u clean? My God is a powerful God who can use anyting and ne1.
yes jesus is god

That's if you've been filled with the Holy Ghost! And believe me, I want souls to enter in, I desire for no one, not even my enemies, to go to Hell! My greatest desire is to win souls for Christ, so my prayer is for any avenue I can use to win souls be brought to my aid! So, listen to the music. Will God condemn you for listening to positive things, No! Is the Kingdom profiting from this, I don't think so. Not Salvation wise
xcn7 4 years ago
I know you do, xcn7. I never intended to imply that I disagreed with you concerning the presence of vanity, or performance, in Christian Hip-Hop, or in other genres of Christian music, for that matter. Even we, in our church, have to be careful to not let ourselves get caught up in performing, and leave out the Holy Spirit. Anytime it becomes about us, and not about God, the Holy Spirit cannot flow. That shuts down the anointing, and can/will seriously affect how the service goes.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Now that I know that we're on the same page, I feel that I can explain this to you more fully. What I was trying to say was that God uses these things to get His toe in the door of people's hearts. He also uses it to help people meditate upon the Word of God, if the lyrics happen to contain references to such.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Think about it;would you rather listen to secular music, allowing your spirit to get polluted by the things of this world(thereby being transformed into the image of it), or would you rather listen to something that focuses your attention upon the Word of God, which has the power to change your circumstances to line up with what God said? I frequently find that, if I find myself with something ungodly stuck in my head, one of the best remedies is to replace it with a Godly song.
Christfemme 4 years ago

Christfemme 4 years ago
The poor guy could hardly get a word in edgewise. However, God's will was done. It was great. I heard later that it was a good sermon. Fortunately, he had a good sense of humor. :-p
Praise God! Isn't God Great? And the best part is, I've still got it. I can draw upon that joy, and peace, at will. Glory to God!!!
Christfemme 4 years ago 2
But I wont continue with many vain words. This world is in transformation to be set up for deception, only God can open the eyes of the Blind! This type of music is full of emotion, I don't believe it's Spiritual at all. I haven't fell into Worship yet, when the Spirit of God is in something no matter how you feel you can't help but be consumed and catalpulted into Worship
xcn7 4 years ago

I'm not turning a blind ear, I actually open myself.

xcn7 4 years ago
You're not listening to what I'm saying. You are forgetting the fact that it says, in Philippians 2:12 "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed , not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." That means to be brave and at least try, as long as we don't give up.
Christfemme 4 years ago
That means, when we have made a commitment to follow Jesus, and tell the world about Him, we've gotta start somewhere. We don't have to be perfect. Some things a person does might not be as anointed as other things he/she does; but what matters is that they put themselves out there and try.
Christfemme 4 years ago
I greatly admire those that put themselves out there on the line for Jesus. That takes a lot of faith & strength. And I'm sorry; but nothing Da Truth has said, nor anything in that video by Cassidy does not point directly to Jesus. Their music is full of faith statements about God, and His Word. Nowhere do they promote another religion, not even by pointing to something that sounds enough like the truth, but isn't, to deceive.
Christfemme 4 years ago
I repeat my prior assertion that, when people speak a different language, whether via spoken language, dialect, slang, music, body language, sign language, affectation, or other mode of communication, God reaches down, and raises up people who speak their language in order to reach them. He is not willing that even one should perish.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Just because you do not speak their particular cultural language does not mean that God is not using them to reach thousands of people for Jesus. The Word says that you will know His children by their fruit. You may not feel the anointing because of your inability to connect with their culture. That's understandable. But please do not tear down those who are fighting the good fight for Christ because of your inability to see the good they are doing.
Christfemme 4 years ago

Christfemme 4 years ago
In the movie, "End of the Spear," God used Christian missionaries to reach tribal savages in the jungles somewhere in, I think, South America. These people were bloodthirsty and vicious, constantly warring with other tribes. Because of the way God set it up, someone was able to translate the Bible into Pidgeon (a simple form of English), so the natives could understand the Gospel.
Christfemme 4 years ago
(Please forgive the examples, people; I'm just trying to illustrate a point to this guy)In order to witness effectively, one has to not only speak the Word of God, but (to get past their emotional defenses)one also must use the appropriate language, both spoken and unspoken. In other words, you have to use the right body language. If you go up to someone from, say, "the 'hood," and start acting all white, you're likely to get yourself shot before you can say two words for Jesus.
Christfemme 4 years ago
(Once again, please forgive me; not all people are the same. But my point still stands). In "The End of The Spear," The initial foray into the jungle got everyone speared to death because the white guys didn't speak their language. It was up to the guy's son to continue on with his work, with the aid of an outcast native tribal girl who spoke the language.
Christfemme 4 years ago
...and now I'm rambling, because it's 1:00 am, and I'm not feeling well. However, once again, please keep your eyes open, so that spirit of judgementalism won't cloud your vision. These men are doing what they know to do, to bring glory to God. You are doing what you know to do, to bring glory to God.
Christfemme 4 years ago
However, just because you're each going about it differently does not mean one of you is on the wrong path, or not of God, while the other is 100% right. Judge not, lest ye be judged. Work out your faith in fear and trembling. My Pastor says, use the Word as your guide. If it lines up with the Word, it's of God. If it doesn't, it's not.
Christfemme 4 years ago
...but don't get caught up in the letter of the Law.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Just remember, in 2Cor.5:7, it says, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Anytime the devil throws something up as a smokescreen to blind you, don't operate by what you see going on around you. Go by what you know about what God says; for God is not a man that He should lie.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Alright ma'am I see your view, lets just agree to disagree :) When person believes the Lord has revealed something to them, they're, no matter what, going to stick with what they believe. The Lord has revealed many things to me about the time we're in; this is one thing. I honor you for standing for what you believe, keep that up!! :)
xcn7 4 years ago
I state once again, and no one has responded to this statement. God doesn't want emotional submitting manipulated by music, He wants a conscious decision influenced by Faith and conviction! That's why the Bible doesn't put major instances on the Gospel delivered through music!!
xcn7 4 years ago
Refering back to my previous comment; I wasn't talking about Da Truth I was speaking of Cassidy. If you honestly view these clips and you believe God is being glorified on a Spiritual level than that tells me of your Spirital awareness. There's no annointing, there's no Spirit, it's sounds good and it's good to the emotional body. So is rap and R/B. What's different here? The Words?
xcn7 4 years ago
If this race was all about being positive, than so be it, this individual stands corrected. Sorry, the core of the Gospel is for the Kindgom of Heavan to be expanded and that's done through Holy conversation. Music is a wonderful avenue for praise and Worship, but faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God!
xcn7 4 years ago
of Christ. God made us in His Image and Likeness. Image plays a key role in the Gospel. That's why I posted that one comment, which I will post again, because this individual poetically speaks about Christ likes he's one of His!
xcn7 4 years ago
watch?v=wMFJ3R0ov5Y, highlight that and paste it in the search, view this link and my point is seen that anyone can speak scripture and positive things but that doens't mean they're correct in the lives and views.

I've been to bible school myself and I'm still pursing a degree this day so don't be mistaken.
xcn7 4 years ago
People everywhere constantly mistake the power of the Word itself. Meaning anyone can speak the Bible and get a point across because the Word is a power in itself. If I quote a scripture or present valid points that doesn't mean I'm leading you in the right direction.
xcn7 4 years ago
I agree that you have to be led by the Spirit. Our church is a Holy Ghost-led church, also, and many of us,including me,have been baptized in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. However,I also am a music minister;singing in the church band, and God has spoken directly to and through our Pastor, giving us a specific assignment to write and use Holy Ghost-led songs(Hip-Hop, worship, and Contemporary)in order to reach our younger generation.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Do you remember how,in Mark 6,1-6,Jesus went to His own country, and began to teach in the synagogue, and although He had the Holy Spirit, the people ridiculed Him, because they only knew Him as the son of Joseph? Because they would not listen to Him, he could "there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. And he marvelled because of their unbelief."
Christfemme 4 years ago
If people won't even listen to the gospel because of the package it's presented in, they're still going to go to hell. I agree that the Holy Ghost combined with the Word of God, spoken in faith, can and will move mountains(we also do much spiritual warfare), but if the people are too busy ridiculing the speaker(singer),the Holy Ghost will not force Himself upon them. He prefers to woo them, one heart at a time.
Christfemme 4 years ago
There are other times when He will specifically tell a servant of God to speak to someone, or a group of people, and say certain things. And, as the servant obeys, in love and humility, those words will be backed by the power of the Holy Ghost. However, something has to have happened in order to prepare the listener to receive that Raima, or spoken Word of God.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Hip-Hop, as well as other forms of Contemporary Christian music, is a tool God uses to get the attention of people who are still caught up in the world. As they get drawn in by the sound of the type of music that they already are predisposed to listen to, they then begin to hear a message that is far more positive than those that they had been subjecting themselves to before; possibly even a message that they had never heard before.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Many of these people whom God might use Hip-Hop, etc. to reach have already been to church; but, thanks to someone whose approach to reaching them was misguided...say, for example, they judged them, tried to force the Gospel down their throat, etc, they ended up with a foul taste in their mouth for people of that type, or "Holy Rollers," as they might call them.
Christfemme 4 years ago
This is God's way of wooing them back...saying, "Listen...Come back. I love you. Not all Christians are that way...those whose minds are renewed to My Word will love you and seek every opportunity they can to bless you, as My representatives here on Earth."
Christfemme 4 years ago
...and this will inevitably draw them back in to the kingdom of God. And if they choose to prefer it over, say, Bluegrass, that's their prerogative.
God loves all forms of worship, as long as they are offered with a pure heart, as a sacrifice of praise and love from His children to their Father. Even from those who don't sing very well.
Christfemme 4 years ago
...(by this I am speaking from personal experience of comments I have heard spoken by people whose talents do not include singing. I was not aiming that particular comment at 'Da TRUTH, or anyone else.) Also, brother (sister?), please understand that I am saying these things in love and peace as your sister in the Lord. I have no quarrel with you.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Many of us, who were raised in a younger generation, do not connect with "older," music. To us, it just sounds religious. That's not to say that God doesn't anoint older songs. But those songs tend to reach those from an older generation, or those with a predisposition for that type of music.
Christfemme 4 years ago
I personally like many different types of music, as God has blessed me with the ability to sing a multitude of types. As long as they glorify God, and the Holy Spirit anoints them, that's what I'm gonna sing. I don't fit into some prefabricated box that others have dubbed "music minister." Which is great. God loves variety.
Christfemme 4 years ago
Please pray, if this hasn't helped, that the Holy Ghost show you what God's heart is on the matter. Because, no matter how much you love God, and desire to stand up for what is true; no matter how many verses you can quote, if you are not led by the Spirit of God in these matters, you can and will still be deceived.

Christfemme 4 years ago
I love the way you write :) I'm not demeaning the positivity of the message brought forth. I do come against the image representing, supposedly, a holy appearance. Believe it or not Image is everything, look at John the Baptist. We are in transformation to the Image
xcn7 4 years ago
The bible says there's going to be a deception in the land so strong that if it were possible even the chosen would be deceived. I understand these "Christian Rappers" point of view but God doesn't conform to the world, the world conforms and is transformed to God. The Word speaks of not using the world because the fashion of this world passeth away! Watch out it sounds good but the devil knows he can't come to the church with all lies he must speak the truth intermingled with lies.

It was referring to the great tribulation.

Christfemme 4 years ago
Not only that, but if you were to read Da TRUTH's bio (on his website) you would know that this man does NOT conform to the world. He went to Philadelphia Biblical University and The Institute of Jewish Studies to get his degree so he would know what he was writing about. This is a man who lives an upright life before God.
Christfemme 4 years ago

Solomon married the Queen of Sheba and took on her beliefs.
This was why Abraham wanted a wife from his homeland for Isaac. Because he didn't want him to be wed to someone of a different faith.
It was a reflective and figurative question we should all ask. Jezebel called herself a prophet but was living unrighteously which fits the song.
Reflective question that we should all ask.
Peace and blessings...

1LHPrincess 4 years ago
hmm???

Primetime7 4 years ago
What you have to understand the name Jezebel has always had connotations of a wicked and promiscuous woman.
Who Am I? Or, am I more like Jezebel—sexual in all my ways? Think about it!
Jezebel did corrupt Ahab and their sons. Ahab married Jezebel who worshipped Baal.
When you married outside of your country you had different religions too

Da Truth a joke, he said alot that was good. But he isn't THE TRUTH...Ask him to rap about his coming judgment. How Christ looked when he walked this Earth how is he gonna look when he return.
I hope he isn't performing at a megafest when the Christ of Revelations, Isaiah returns.

Isaiah 34:5
For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
Isaiah 34 1Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.
2For the indignation of the LORD is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.

1LHPrincess 4 years ago
Its quite obvoius you doubt the message and authority of the bible as such there is no basis for reasoning for we live by faith as christians. Your idea about "dept of our faith" is questioning the personal life of Jesus and trying to convince men to follow your views. Jesus the christ is way beyond church denominations, jezebel, any theologist(what does he really know?!)...
fubsworld 4 years ago 2
Please show me where in the bible does it sa anything about Jezebel seducing or having sexual acts in the bible. You can't it only states she wore make up, and who doesn't. The spirit of Jezebel most times has nothing to do with sex.
As I continue Who can truly say if Jesus was married or not However my argument has alot more evidence than yours.

1st Kings 21:25
But there was no one like Ahab who sold himself to do wickedness in the sight of the LORD, because Jezebel his wife stirred him up.
Rev 2:20
Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow[a] that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.
golfebj 4 years ago
Don't get me wrong many pagans did fornicate. However my point is still proven no where in the Bible does it say Jezebel the wife of Ahab and the Princess of Baal was a whore.
I am certainly not a fan of Jezebel but as us Christians say the Word is the Word.
p.s of course the bible will try to make many of the females in the bible seem like whore on account the Catholic church re-wrote the bible.
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
He wasn't talking to Ahab. Nor was he talking about the person Jezebel but talking about the Pagan's belief. In which she was (Pagan). And how the church becomes like a prostitue
and will accept other things besides the true God for money.
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
Interesting Comeback... however the 1st Kings scripture is referring to the worshiping of other gods.
Rev. 2:20 see you really have to read Ezekiel and Isaiah because they prophesize about Revelations and they inform us that the book of Revelation is mostly
symbolic for several meanings. Like the scripture you
quoted. In that scripture the Lord is saying to the Corrupt church of Thyatira.

"Let God Be True Though Every Man a Liar" the Bible.
So how can he be the truth when God is the truth? He is a liar and the truth is not in him. He deceived and forever being deceived.

Namadips 4 years ago
In addition, Matthew 7:16-20 tells us that a false prophet will be known by their FRUITS. Jesus instructs us in John 7:24 "judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgement". His point is skillfully illustraited in Matthew 7:21-23. This is why God looks at the heart (Proverbs 21:2). Last but not least you (and myself also) should always be mindful of Matthew 7:3-5, and Luke 6:41-42. God bless us all!
Namadips 4 years ago

Where did you hear that from?
scribe63 4 years ago
Lol I'm tickled naw I never heard it meaning that either. However I have read while doing research hip hop is its on culture invented to be like its on personal religion. I am listener, especially when he came out with My Story. However This song here does not square with me.
I think he should change that line to ...'Was Christ Really Married?' "YES!"
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
He is asking rhetorical questions that he answers in the song. "Was Christ really buried? was there a chance that He really married mary and fled over to France?..... no he never married never had any wives what can i say yes he is God from the wound to the tomb to the throne nobody in rome can hold on to His bones...
chip35007 4 years ago 2
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
Why would Christ wed if he knew he was going to give his life for our sins (He didn't get married)
CJTrigueros 4 years ago
think about it this way,if christ loves the church and the people of the church and the book of revelation depicts the church as a bride adorned for her husband(christ) he is in fact married, not to a human being but to the church and if you look throughout history the church and the people of the church have always strayed from the gospel of jesus christ, even slightly. so Christ does understand what it means to be married.
diamondstylez 4 years ago
were married Jesus must of had something in common with them (Marriage).
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
hi i was just reading this comment and based upon bible prophesies, the woman which the bible speaks of actually represents "the church" christ loves the church... the anti-christ will have no desire for the church... and by church.. the bible means the true church...
diamondstylez 4 years ago
You must have misunderstood, my response was to the person who said that Christ was married to Mary. But besides that I like your comments. God bless
chip35007 4 years ago
hii really dont know if you still have this perception but "What dept of our faith"...are u talking about? Do realize you are attempting to add to God's word and there are consequences.Rev 22 18-19.
What you are trying to conclude is that God came to earth and got married.Hmn...that is serious.Gods word is complete, whole, living and powerful.Pls dont assume.
fubsworld 4 years ago
"One thing I would like to address is this song was inspired by the Da'Vinci code did anybody really read the book?
The real underline story was that the CATHOLIC CHURCH WERE HAVING MASSIVE ORGIES IN THE CHURCH (mainly men).
I'm saying please do you're research don't quote what you're pastor says. Dan Brown has studied Theology way longer than Da'Truth our many of our pastors.
Love,
Your 1LHprincess
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
Yes...why is this in reply to me? I know what the song is pertaining to. However I think we should REALLY go into dept about our faith! Jesus life was never documented (or showed in the bible) from the ages 9-29. It was common (almost law) to be married between those years. Look at his disciples most of them
1LHPrincess 4 years ago
(continuing above comment) It was God himself who instituted marriage as an example of what he must face with the church everything is symbolic. Of God and Mankind. read the book of hosea when God sends the prophet to marry a prostitute because he wanted to show how the isrealites have strayed from him through idolatry. idolatry to God is as adultery is to a married couple...that is why God forbids it..
diamondstylez 4 years ago
I give it to you...its well thought out. I heard the sermon of Hosea and Gomer many times....However The Anti-Christ has ALL Disire of the TRUE Church :)... So please re-post I wanna hear more of your side

MAGICDAWG5001 4 years ago
This goes for Prime Time 7... Hip Hop can be whatever people want it to be,,,, it only becomes sinful when the culture itself is sinful at it's core,,,, so then we need to analyse hip hop at its core,,,, the four core elements of hip hop,, are,, breakdancing, rap, Turntablism, and graffitti,,, I dont know see how God condemns these things.
MAGICDAWG5001 4 years ago

Yes sir!

Do not worship false Gods is orders.

all styles of music are both used by God and Satan, let me repeat all styles, what better way to use one of the most popular types of music to spread the gospel , ofcourse satan has used it, but so is God, God is not a favorer of men
