Juggernaut is no noob perk i will explain why:

Stopping power lets you kill in one less bullet, while juggernaut only lets you survive one more bullet. When u use juggernaut, and someone shoots at you, you have to wait 5 seconds to get full health again. And juggernaut only helps when u got full health. Stopping power by the way will kill in one less bullet all the time, so stopping power is actually in every single way better than juggernaut.

Matyrdom IS. Matyrdom is both un-realistic and unfair. In real life, last stand can actually exist. And matyrdom gives you kills that you don't deserve. It takes no skill to kill somebody with matyrdom, but it takes skill to kill people with last stand. Even if i don't use last stand, I really don't see any point to take it away. But matyrdom is just bullshit, unrealistic shit.

Its not a noob perk because juggernaut lets you survive 1 bullet more. Stopping power lets you kill w/ 1 bullet less. I think juggernaut is stupid at times but not nooby. I think that stopping power is good because you can save more bullets. So say with every kill, you save a bullet. You get 30 kills you basically have 2 clips left. Thats why I like stopping power,

Juggernaut only allows you to survive one more bullet than normal, stopping power allows you to kill in one less bullet than normal. The two perks when faced cancel eachother out and it is as if neither player is using Stopping Power or Juggernaut

That's right. Stopping Power is actually STRONGER than Juggernaut. Stopping Power adds 40% damage whereas Juggernaut decreases damage by 25%, That still leaves an extra 15% damage boost on your bullets. If you're ever going to call a perk nooby, don't you dare say it's juggernaut. If anything, stopping power is the noobier perk. The amount of added damage is just rediculous.

best is up to anyones opinion and rate of fire. the deagle is the strongest but has the smallest clip so i dont use it. the m9 is weak but has the largest clip and since blame truth shoots really fast he uses it. the USP takes one more bullet to kill someone than the deagle and has a larger clip so thats probably why he uses it and thats why i use it.
