@christvbible I'm probably gonna regret this but I remember reading a section in the Bible, actually one of the four Gospels, where JC is talking with his disciples and friends in Jerusalem just before the end. He says that they if they do not have a sword to defend themselves, they should strip off their clothes, sell them and then go buy a sword.

Unfortunately Peter used his sword aggressively, however JC said no no and healed the ear. But His only direct words about swords are to buy one.
