My man, I know you get a bunch of comments but I hope you see this. I've found that when I'm chokin' up after a fat rip, that taking as deep of a breath as you can through your nose and then breathing it out through your mouth helps prevent that. Seems to curtail that extreme expansion feeling you get which usually causes the coughing for me.... If you see this, try it out and see how it does for ya.
