  • @ZOHRABowns if you're twelve, you don't want to exercise like this, you need to just do recreational sports, soccer basketball, and football especially, just until you're a little older, stay away from the weights. They can really harm an underdeveloped frame. Just keep playing and eating right and by the time you're sixteen you won't have to work as hard to pack on muscle like some people.

  • Hey bro, I do many abs work outs myself, its just VERY hard for me to get my upper abs comming along. I already have my 4 upper abs but for some reason my lower ones wont come in. I was wondering what specific abs work outs do you do just for the lower abs? Please help!

  • hey brandon i gotta question, I've seen some guys in fitness magazines where right under there abs and belly button somewhat between the hip, they have A V, and it looks like the top part of their body and bottom part are mashed together, do you know what Im talking about? Lol Anyawyz how do you get that?

  • I'm 6'3'' 200lbs...im athletic so im in good shape...I lift weights 5-6 days a week (legs, arms, abs) I want to work for a six pack and i have some fat coverin it up, so im determined to burn it off...these past 2 days ive been wakin up at 6 for some sprints before eating breakfast...should i continue? if so how many sprints of say a good 80 yds almost each morning

  • @Vanhalen1127 DUde cardio = at least 30 min Sprints for <5 min isnt cardio. Also, running with an empty stomache is kinda bad for u. I mean sure some warm up sprints won't hurt. But if ur planning on doing serious cardio that goes into the fat burning zone, do it like after u lift weights.

    Just jog for 30minutes... or run if you can consistently to keep your heart rate up.

  • @Vanhalen1127 Heres wat I do for my cardio. jog 5 min, sprint 1 then jog 4 then sprint 1 and then keep dropping it. Lol and I'm actually not sure about this. Ofc early morning cardio has its advantages, u'll be in the fat loss zone quicker and stuff, but if you can wake up at 6 AM everyday and run, u should do it.

  • Nice, but 2 things bro, you have multiple ab targeting workouts, which is somewhat bad =\, dont know which to do..and try and organize them based on fitness level. Another thing, your telling your subscribers to get 2 fitness objects (pull up bar, and ripcord bands) and your making workout sessions without them.. :( come on think about this is in your future videos. Thanks and keep it coming.

  • Hey man, what's your email cause I want to ask you about how to gain mass and weight. Cause whenever I like work out I usually just burn fat and somewhat muscle is replaced with it but I'm usually just burning more fat than gaining muscle and I'm already pretty lean.

  • @JShamw0w If your lean, u have no fat to burn O__o Eat a HUGE meal around 1 hour before ur work out, lift heavy, 4-6 rep range, do drop sets, avoid cardio ( once/week of running 4 abs, around 20 min, don't run after lifting) and drink some protein shake after workout ( do it asap, within 1 hour) Also eat BIG portions of meals instead of small ones every 2-3 hours. Its pretty hard for skinny people to gain mass, but give it time. You should expect around 10+lb/year if you eat right.

  • @nevermoregg Of course everyone has SOME fat lmfao. I think I'd be pretty satisfied if I was like 130-140 by the end of this year. I'm 14 and about 5'5 by the way. I just want a bit of more pounds I don't want to bodybuild just enough to have great capabilities for my Parkour runs :P

  • I like it! Tell it how it is! I would also say make it as hard as possible so you do lower reps that way you rip faster :)

  • Well actually I think you should count.. To atleast now if your having progress! When you count you should still go till you can go no more, but then atleast you can remember what you do and how to improve, but thats just my opinion...

  • @jabon9 you can count if your want, the problem is when when say "i will do Ten reps" then the do ten and stop, even if they could do more. thats not going to tell your body that it need to get stronger. going to failure is the only thing that gives your body intensive to grow.

  • @BrandonCarterTV I know you have to go till failure.. But I meant it like this; GO for the max but count what you do, cause then you will know for sure if your doing more or less reps.. I mean If you go for the feeling you cant make sure, cause you might feel stronger or weaker another day and think you did your max while you actually did more reps another day you know what I mean? Its just going for max and count.. To know what numbers you gotta improve

  • you say reps do not matter, but if you are doing 100 crunches with a weight, then you should up the weight =P

    my guess is, if you can do 20 reps of all exercises with weight, then up the weight.

    You say rest 30 seconds between each exercise right.

    What's the routine of this, do a different exercise after 30 seconds or do the same exercise 3 times and then another one.
