Im glad noone is arguing which shotgun is BETTER! Better is an opinion and noone is right. Each shotgun is better in its own way, I just happen to prefer the usas-12 with damage and extended mags. If you know of a shotgun that can reach deadly from one end of the big pipe in the middle of hardhat to the other consistently let me know(abernathy1993 on ps3 add me)

I dont get why you only get 16 bullets with the aa-12 when its a primary weapon. Especially when it takes about 3 bullets to kill one guy!

Usas is the best shotgun IMO for core play. I have reached damage proficiency with the model spas striker and Usas and out of all 4 the striker and Usas are by far the best and closely tied with eachother. You can still do very well with the pump actions and 1v1 they are great but struggle when you run up on 2 or more targets. If you insist on using a pump I recommend spas solely for the extended attachment

I'm posting to try to squash the idea that this is a bug and will be patched. I think this is a feature they meant to have in the game. Why patch a feature of the shotguns? They need all the help they can get.

USAS12 feels more powerful dmg + mags than the striker, I feel like the striker has some 2 hit long range kills where the USAS gets it done with 1 (damage charts say otherwise), but the model 1887 makes you feel like a man, plus more importantly, when this gets patched, the model will probably be best so best to get used to it

I got a bit of use out of the Striker, I tried a load of guns out as my second when levelling up Overkill Pro... But you're right, shotguns are complete ass in this game. Guess the memory of the 1887s from MW2 was fresh in the devs minds... Too bad they decided to nerf hardly used weapons rather then deal with how broken Quick Scoping is...

@TheCardboardDuck Sounds good, and yeah damage is pretty beast because it makes each pellet stronger, thus giving you a better chance for a 1 shot kill!
