I think we have seen a good number of examples over the years of French Quebecois being threatening and downright violent to non French Quebecois. They like to pick on one person at a time, it makes them feel strong and scary. What they don't know is one day they will pick on someone who has an army behind him and we will put that offender in the ground...and that won't be the end of the argument, but the beginning. Native EN speakers are yes, around 650, but our community has several hundred thousand more that use EN primarily as the First Official Language Spoken (in QC) apart from their language at home. They make up part of the EN-speakers of Quebec too.
Our group's goal is to abolish laws that entrench language discrimination in QC. It is well known that the die hard Septards make every attempt possible to make us feel as if this is not our home, and it is re-enforce by outdated laws like bill 101 - put in place by Separatist parties (dead Federally, and almost provincially) to clean us out of the province. Our growth in our own province has been stunted for a good generation now, while the FR majority has grown 3M over the same period.

I don't give a fuck what some teacher thinks. The matter of the fact is that Bill 101 is a fascist legislation that was meant to wipe out the anglo community and their institutions. It was essentially, a legislative declaration of war against our institutions. Monsieur Tayler semble oublier que les anglophones du Québec ont les mêmes droits que les francophones, à la seule exception de la signalisation routière, qui demeure unilingue française, comme c'est le cas pour l'anglais au Manitoba, en Saskatchewan, en Colombie-Britannique, à Terre-Neuve, etc.

Jamais la communauté anglo-québécoise, sauf quelques intellectuels, n'a admis que la majorité francophone du Québec a été, dans le passé, dépouillée de tous ses droits de majoritaire avant l'arrivée des lois linguistiques. Lors du cocktail de départ de monsieur Berckmans, monsieur Shebbeare rencontre madame Aldersebaes, directrice de gouvernance et de projets spéciaux à la Caisse. Il déclare d’abord qu’elle lui donne le mandat de réaliser un projet sur les contrôles internes et la sécurité des bases de données à la Caisse. Il travaille à compter de juin 2008 sur ce projet commencé par une autre personne au service.
. Vers la fin août 2008, il remet à madame Aldersebaes un rapport qu’il a fait en fonction du mandat de policier amical que monsieur Berckmans lui avait donné. En lien avec ce rapport, il lui déclare, par téléphone, une situation non conforme comme le lui permet l’article 7 I du Code d’éthique et de déontologie de la Caisse. Monsieur Shebbeare ne remet pas le rapport à messieurs Carpentier et Mandeville parce qu’ils sont en conflit d’intérêts en tant que responsables des bases de données.
Enfin, monsieur Shebbeare reconnaît que personne à la Caisse ne lui demande de produire ce rapport, mais qu’il était implicitement attendu par madame Aldersebaes. Or, il reconnaît aussi que celle-ci lui dit qu’il n’avait pas la permission de le produire. Monsieur Shebbeare est censé déposer ce rapport lors d’une rencontre le 8 septembre 2008, cela à l’encontre de la volonté de son équipe de travail. Il n’a pas pu le déposer, mais il y a eu des discussions sur son contenu lors de la réunion.
Après la réunion, un consultant senior, monsieur Roy, qui devient le vice-président principal aux plateformes analytiques en octobre 2008, et monsieur Mandeville rencontrent monsieur Shebbeare pour lui faire part de leur mécontentement. On l’informe qu’il a outrepassé le cadre du projet et que cela a assez duré, raconte monsieur Shebbeare.
[87] Le lendemain, 9 septembre, messieurs Lussier et Roy rencontrent monsieur Shebbeare pour mettre fin à leur relation
Ils lui disent que son travail ne pose pas de problèmes sur le plan technique, mais qu’il ne s’intègre pas bien dans l’équipe et qu’il ne se fera pas d’amis. Monsieur Shebbeare était conscient qu’il ne se ferait pas d’amis en tant que policier des bases de données, mais il est bouleversé par cette tournure des événements. Il ne tente pas d’argumenter avec eux parce qu’ils ne comprennent rien. Il leur dit simplement : « OK, fine, whatever, I’m leaving. »
En quittant la rencontre, monsieur Shebbeare voit et entend monsieur Roy, content de lui-même, dire à monsieur Lussier comment il est facile de mettre dehors les Anglais. Monsieur Lussier répète ces termes sur un ton amusé. Monsieur Shebbeare est blessé par ses propos racistes, à son sens. Il ne travaille plus à la Caisse depuis. Il passe prendre ses effets personnels le 12 septembre suivant.

I think we have seen a good number of examples over the years of French Quebecois being threatening and downright violent to non French Quebecois. They like to pick on one person at a time, it makes them feel strong and scary. What they don't know is one day they will pick on someone who has an army behind him and we will put that offender in the ground...and that won't be the end of the argument, but the beginning. Native EN speakers are yes, around 650, but our community has several hundred thousand more that use EN primarily as the First Official Language Spoken (in QC) apart from their language at home. They make up part of the EN-speakers of Quebec too.

Our group's goal is to abolish laws that entrench language discrimination in QC. It is well known that the die hard Septards make every attempt possible to make us feel as if this is not our home, and it is re-enforce by outdated laws like bill 101 - put in place by Separatist parties (dead Federally, and almost provincially) to clean us out of the province. Our growth in our own province has been stunted for a good generation now, while the FR majority has grown 3M over the same period.

There is no legislation in the Rest of Canada forcing immigrants to chose the language of education.
There are approx 50,000 students in FR-immersion schools in BC, for a population of 200,000 - why is it that there are about 1M Anglophones here, but only 93k are enrolled in EN schools? Bill 101 - language laws.

I don't give a fuck what some teacher thinks. The matter of the fact is that Bill 101 is a fascist legislation that was meant to wipe out the anglo community and their institutions. It was essentially, a legislative declaration of war against our institutions. Our schools are not allowed to intake any immigrants, which have caused a huge decline and the closure of some 130 schools and will eventually completely collapse.

Enfin, monsieur Shebbeare reconnaît que personne à la Caisse ne lui demande de produire ce rapport, mais qu’il était implicitement attendu par madame Aldersebaes. Or, il reconnaît aussi que celle-ci lui dit qu’il n’avait pas la permission de le produire. Monsieur Shebbeare est censé déposer ce rapport lors d’une rencontre le 8 septembre 2008, cela à l’encontre de la volonté de son équipe de travail. Il n’a pas pu le déposer, mais il y a eu des discussions sur son contenu lors de la réunion.

Ils lui disent que son travail ne pose pas de problèmes sur le plan technique, mais qu’il ne s’intègre pas bien dans l’équipe et qu’il ne se fera pas d’amis.
