The problem with Sexual Harassment it is only applied to men only.
If a woman gets hit on by a man she doesn't find attractive, only then is it sexual harassment. If it is some jock or a guy with a Mercedes or an Audi, then she will not call it sexual harassment. That's how stupid this law is.
Yet, they can wear whatever they want, showing as much skin as they want, knowing that men are attracted to such things naturally and face no reprisals at all. THAT is sexual harassment.
@StraightOuttaDC How are you comparing this video to the words you used of "hit on"? Do you think that asking a woman for a date involves groping at her behind or other body parts? Do you think asking for a date involves cornering a woman when she goes to the bathroom? Men can also wear what they want and no it doesn't entitle a woman to touch him in anyway if she enjoys the way he is dressed.

In my mom's office, a guy tripped over the leg of a female co workers office chair and almost fell, he was fired for sexual harassment against the female co worker. He is happily married w/ 3 kids and now has that to deal with that. Their was video of it, everyone saw NOTHING bad or sexual happened, he just tripped, but since the female screamed sexual harassment they let him go so she would not file lawsuit! Too Crazy!
Rushing into a bathroom after a girl and trying to pull off her pants is rape, not sexual harrasment. Making a rude comment towards someone in the hallway is very douchebaggish, yes, but when that douchebag is fired or taken to the courts over it... who's the real douchebag in the end? People need to realize the difference between what needs to be reported and what requires you to turn around and say "stfu".
