If you look at the application, you will notice they never ask race. Check out the winners and there is diversity. They look for kids who need help obtaining the dreams they are trying to grab on their own. These kids are working for it, despite the world saying they can't.

Let's be realistic. If there was a program specifically targeted whites, it would not be very well received. In fact, one of the judges is employed by BET.  If there was a WET (White Entertainment Television), there would be an outcry. Just sayin.... BTW I'm not white, I'm just realistic.
