It is not lifting off the ground, it is the shadow the bullet made on the hood of the car as it was fired by the sunlight. The camera shuttered at just the right time to catch the shadow. I have seen this at the indoor range before with some real cheap subsonic ammo, being used under the florescent lights.

( if that) i actually learned to shoot with a .22 rifle, 18 round tubular magazine and it never jammed, i always break down my guns and clean and oil them after every outing.. but yeah, big high power center fire rounds cost big money.

Just a concern, I see you don't have a backstop, and I see a white object, looks like a building, maybe a large horizontal propane tank- near the horizon/treeline on the left of where you have your clay pots, I am sure you guys know what you are doing, but bullets can travel over a mile. .22 is a sissy gun... get a Barrett 416. it has a muzzle energy of over 9,300 ft pounds and a muzzle velocity of over 3,000 feet per second and the ammo is 400 grain ! huge bullets, enough power to take down an elephant at 350 yards with a single shot.. .22's are fun for plinking beer cans and shooting squirrels but the almighty Barrett demands respect.
