I looked at your profile and you are a 24 year old . What MA experience do you have to make these claims? In case you didn't notice 3 of the UFC champs are not wrestlers: Silva, Machida and Penn. ALL BJJ Black belts/strikers with limited wrestling skills. GSP is the WW champ because he is good at EVERYTHING including BJJ and striking, and he was a good wreslter long before he reached the UFC. They have to. He's pissing on us and telling us it's raining. The UFC is still a growing sport, so they need to spark the public's interest and get them to watch, "I say it all the time...we haven't even scratched the surface of what this things gonna be."

That's why Dana can constantly say that as long as he's around, ticket prices won't go up because it's a recession and the sport won't have a big enough growth spurt while he's around to charge what boxing does. Sport grows = prices UP... USA
