We the People? Does it matter if the P in People is capitalized on the constitution? People and Posterity are both capitonyms. Does this make "We the People" and "Posterity" fictional entities? Is this why resident alien subject slaves are not party to the constitution? Only the bloodlines of those that signed the compact?

I hate The Fed, so I made KillTheFed(dot)Org to combat it. It's in it's infancy (about a week old), but hopefully it takes off.

(To UnderseaCaveman, YES) I had a year of Constitutional law in college. It focused on court cases that interpreted the constitution, but it was a great course. However, it was a long time ago and I still learn things about the Constitution. I'm going to review the full Badnarik constitution class (approx 7 hours) before my neighbors know more than me.
