  • @Jangara1 its called baby fat, when u r young ut face is like that u will grow out dear

  • i have been doing facial exercise sine long time i am just not good in doing it all the time.... i have lost alots of facial fat but it has made my skin to sag :(..... it made me look many years older in a year ,,,,,,,,,, can u tell me what i can do to get faster skin as before.... i am only in the middle of 20s...

  • How do I follow the 30 day facial fitness prgram, also (if you can) can you provide me a testimonial please.

  • @cdubzhappy: it's "single" not singular. Singular is an adjective meaning remarkable or exceptional. Just thought I'd show you how anal comments, like yours, can be annoying. POW!

  • it helps if one side is weaker than the other if you tilt your head the opposite side of the weak side so that the weaker side sticks up and out. Make sure your teeth are lined up and your jaw isn't dropped to one side.

  • nice mouth

  • when u say draw your jaw inward do you mean bring back to normal positon as if u didnt strecrh your face

  • Will this slow down the formation of sagging jowls if you start at an earlier age, before having jowls in the first place?

  • None of these exercises work. Actually after a certain point, they make your jaw muscles (mandible etc) bigger, and will make your face look wider/bigger! The only solution for making your face and jaws smaller is to 1) lose overall weight 2) Botox jawline reduction.

  • @ignatei

    Thank you for the comment.

May I know the basis of your feedback?

  • @ezFaceExercises The more you work with the mandibles and jaw muscles, they bigger they get. Note that many people who grind their teeth all the time or chew a lot tend to have enlarged jaw muscles. Furthermore, you can't lose fat off your face without losing overall weight.

  • @ignatei

    1) This face exercise is part of a 30-day face fitness program. We do a variety of different exercises to achieve total facial fitness.

    2) If one is not overweight, there is no need to lose weight in order to achieve a "slimmer" face. And jowling is caused by a number of possible factors.

Check out this post on my blog:

Face Muscle – Sagging Jowls And Drooping Jaw Line

  • @ignatei the mandible is a bone

  • @Cdubzhappy Muscles that move the lower mandible is what I was referring to.

  • @ignatei The mandible is a singular unit Muscles causing a shift in the "lower mandible" would affect the entire mandible.

  • @Cdubzhappy how is that responding to anything I've said?

  • @ignatei It seemed that you inferring that there are muscles which affect only the lower mandible. I was clarifying that the mandible is a single bone, muscles affecting any part of it would cause movement of the entire bone.

  • @Cdubzhappy Ok, what you just said is correct, I didn't phrase my sentence correctly. In my original comment I was referring to the muscular attachments on the mandible as a whole whose size would affect the shape of one's jawline.

  • @ignatei well dude you haven't seen me. I should have the biggest jaw in the world because I grind my teeth.

  • @ignatei it worked to me

  • @loopoflife91 Glad to hear it.

  • How long would it take for me to get results my jawline is sort off vicible depending on the how bright the room is you get me ? The darker the room the more u notice it but when am in a bright room u could see it but not as good

  • @suicideredemption1

This video is part of a 30-day face fitness program.

Some get results within that time.

    Others take longer.

    Happy exercising

  • how many times we should do this exercise in one day?? and when will we start to notice some changes?

  • @frontiervilla

    Once a day.

Do it with a couple of other face exercises. Variety is good.

This face exercise video is part of a 30-day face fitness program.

Some users see results within this period. And others take longer.

    Happy exercising

  • @ezFaceExercises thank you i think i've started this exercise a couple of weeks ago.. and others notice my face becoming slim,,,

  • @frontiervilla

Happy to know you're getting results.

Consistent effort can make a difference.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • i"m not sure what you mean when you say draw the jaw inwards. Do you mean inwards as far as horizontally , like inwards toward the middle of your face? Or do you mean backwards where you're drawing in your mouth and chin area back towards your neck? the video is not very clear. At least not to me..lol.

  • @Pymeohmy

Draw your jaw inwards = back to its original position

    Happy exercising

  • @0:18 You know you can't trust this when they misspell muscles

  • @SammyBoy757

Thank you for pointing out the error.

I'll get your feedback to the product owner :)

  • @SammyBoy757

Here's an update to my reply.

Yes. The spelling error was a misprint that was overlooked.

Although the product owner was aware of the matter, they were not able to fix it. This is because the source files for the videos were lost during a PC crash. And the backup copy failed too.

We apologize for the error. And hope you will enjoy the other face exercise videos we have on our website.

  • @SammyBoy757 damn right

  • does anyone know if facial excercises really work? do like movie stars do it? is there like some scientific evidence behind this? i wanna know before i start doing them

  • @SpartanLaser

    1) There are users who get results with the face fitness program.

    2) The founder of this program, John, is a former model himself. He wanted to keep his face in shape and look good for the camera. This works for him, so he is helping others to do the same.

    3) Not that I know of.

    Happy exercising

  • @ezFaceExercises so have you seen any results? cuz i'm kinda bad looking. not the ugliest, but kinda ugly. so i was just wondering if these workouts might fix that. can it? i mean, i'm not that much of an ugly guy but i was thinking if your body can be fixed by a workout, why not the face too?

  • @SpartanLaser

    1) Yes. The program comes with a dietary guide. Knowing what foods to eat has helped with the water retention issue.

    2) Perhaps you'd like to clarify what facial issue is bothering you.

Without knowing the problem, I'm not able to comment if this program will help fix it.

    3) However, if the problem is saggy jowls or you want to better define the jawline, then, face exercises can help.

  • @SpartanLaser

    4) Yes. It's the same concept, except that body muscles and facial muscles are structured differently. Hence, we have face exercises to workout the facial muscles.

    5) If you want more info about face exercises, check out this post on my blog:

    Hope this helps

  • @ezFaceExercises ok thanx for the info. i'm thinking of trying it but i'll look into it a little more before that. i also have to see if i can find the time to do them. thanks

  • @SpartanLaser

    You're welcome.

Yes. Some time and effort is required to get result.

  • when you draw your jaw inwards...how many seconds do you do it for?

  • @salony75

Draw your jaw inwards = return your jaw to its neutral position.

    Happy exercising

  • Works better when you do this looking upwards.

  • @hospes thats what I thought lol

  • Does it works ?! has anyone proved it !? and how long does it take to see the changes !? :)

  • @MarcSomerhalder

Hi there. You've asked a question similar to the commenter, TheMslara26.

Will it be OK if you check out my reply under the name @TheMslara26.

    Thanks.

  • how long till you see changes in the jowls?

  • @TheMslara26

The time required to see result varies with each individual.

The "Lift Your Sagging Jowls" is one of many videos from a 30-Day face exercise program.

In addition to exercising the face, there is also a meal planner to complement the workout.

Exercise and eating healthy goes hand in hand when we want to shape up the face.

  • The girl at 1:05 she looks like lady gaga a little. :)

  • Hi I wanted to know when you push your jaw outwards does include your lips going forward or just the jaw moving than you

  • @TheSprinklestar

When you push your lower jaw forward, your lower lip moves forward too.

    Happy exercising.

  • Thank you

  • @lunarandsackie

    You're welcome.

I'm glad to hear about your results with the exercises.

    Keep it up!

  • When it says draw your jaw inwards does that mean drop it or put in behind the upper jaw?

  • @lunarandsackie

Hi there. Glad to see you again.

Draw your jaw inwards = move lower jaw back to normal position.

    Happy exercising

  • @7thSense

This face exercise work out the chin, jaw and neck muscles. It helps to tone sagging jowls and give a more defined jaw line.

  • @ezFaceExercises this movement would stimulate muscles in the jaw, but the jowls are above the jaw and unaffected by this movement. If you knew the functions of various muscle, you'd know this. This is like raising your eyebrows and saying it tones the jowls.

  • @7thSense

You're right - the jowls can be on or above the jaw.

    Wiki definition:

Jowl - Cheeks (buccae) constitute the area of the face below the eyes and between the nose and the left or right ear.

    Another definition, from wordnetweb.princeton.edu:

Jowl - a fullness and looseness of the flesh of the lower cheek and jaw (characteristic of aging).

It is the latter that trouble some of us.

  • @7thSense

Jowls form when the cheeks sag. Essentially, jowls are loose hanging skin and facial fat on either side of the face that descend down to or below the jawline.

The lower face lift exercise target muscles in the chin, jaw, and neck area. And also work the masseter, which is a face muscle located in the cheek area on each side of the face.

  • @7thSense

This is the reason why we recommend doing this face exercise to help re-define sagging jowls and reduce a double chin.

  • how long should I hold each position?

  • @coolkidz145

When you push your jaw forward, you hold for 10 seconds.

  • is it just 10 times? or 10 times of 10 sets a day?

  • @42am

Yes. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

  • @42am 10 times

  • ahh i did this and i gagged :(

  • @gdawg90

    Jowls Exercise Tips:

    1. Swallow(your saliva) before you start.

    2. Keep mouth slightly open(not too wide) when you push your jaw outward.

    3. Avoid over extension of lower jaw.

    4. Breathe in rhythm during the exercise.

    Hope this helps.

  • thts wt i'm thinking???

  • eh how long will it take to see the result??
