@Bob42jh You should ask your source -is it 'original', or Nujabes re-work. Track's seems to be messed up. If it's original you should change the title to 'Uyama Hiroto 'Homeward Journey' because it's not a collaboration between him and Nujabes. It's either Uyama Hiroto solo track, or Nujabes slightly changed version. It should be clearly stated, because people still get the wrong idea.

The vinyl has three tracks. One is this one (the original), one is a house edit and one is a nujabes edit. The hydeout site says that Uyama Hiroto produced this song, and Nujabes had made his version for his Metamorphose set in 2009. Typically, split releases with two different artists will be written like this (Uyama Hiroto / Nujabes), indicating which side of the record the artists songs are on (in this case Uyama being on A, and Nujabes being on B.)
